I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness shown by the service department at Lynch Ram Mukwonago. I had recently bought a truck at Lynch West Bend that needed a few minor repairs done. Jon and the rest of the service team, along with the service manager, were very kind, professional, and kept me updated. They worked out all the details to get everything paid for by Lynch West Bend without me having to go between both dealerships. This is literally the best service department I have ever dealt with in 25 years of owning vehicles. Thank you to the entire service department!

Brandon went above my expectations. Lynch also went above what I expected in working with my budget. I called 2 other Jeep dealerships in the area and 1 never even returned the call. By far a great experience and I will be referring people to Lynch.

The service is exceptional! Patrick was amazing and extremely helpful to us on our jeep purchase from start to finish! Very nice, listens to what your needs are and goes above and beyond for his customers. Service guy was zero help at all. Claimed he had no idea what I was talking about and hung up. Called Dodge in Oconomowoc and was very helpful, gave me a part number in 2min. Don’t wast your time here, just head straight to Oconomowoc. Take your money to a different dealership. These guys do not deserve the business.

Amazing experience! I would highly recommend Lynch, especially to out of state buyers. Everything went perfectly during my car purchase from being picked up by Scott who was super friendly and kind to Taylor who quickly sped me through all the paperwork so I could start my long drive back home. Aleks was extremely helpful and efficient during the whole purchase process too. He had the car gassed up and ready to go before I even got to the dealership from the airport. All said and done I was in and out and the longest part of the process was the wire transfer. Thanks again team for the speedy transaction and friendliness!

After 3 visits and $8k in repairs my air ride still doesn't work and the check engine light for the evap sensor came back on for the third time. They just guess and pick parts to replace without having any clue if it's the suspect part. Then they come up with another guess and more parts when it doesn't work. I suppose it's my fault for coming back and continuing to pay. Also the service tech making a snarky comment about not purchasing an extended warranty while I was writing a $3k check for what would be another failed solution was super helpful.

I wasn’t going to post this, but the subsequent actions of this place sealed the deal. This is one of the worst places I dealt with trying to buy a new car. I spoke with approximately 14 dealers and they were the second worst, only to be outdone by Illinois. The guy went on and on about how great they were and how honest and transparent they were, yet could not even offer a price. All they wanted was to get me in and waste my time. Then the guy got upset and asked “are you price shopping?” and would not answer any questions. They never called me back on three occasions (after they said they would) and had excuse after excuse why they didn’t. Two months later, the same guy called me back, called me “friend” three times in the voicemail he left, obviously not realizing who he was calling. Two different people called within two days wanting my business. This place is anything but honest and transparent as they claim.

Customer service in the sales department is perhaps the worst and most dishonest I’ve ever dealt with. Was in the works on two different vehicles which were then miraculously “just sold” when numbers were discussed. Was then presented other options which were all 10,000.00 more expensive. I’ve used the service here and was satisfied but the salespeople here a absolute criminals!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. They don’t play the typical games other dealers play. They are very friendly and love your furry friends too. Todd in sales is true professional. Helpful and friendly. Debbie in finance is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to my friends!

Worst service department ever! Brought my jeep there numerous times over the last 2 years for a "clunk" under warranty repairs and every time Ive gotten it back there has been a NEW problem that it didnt have prior to them "servicing" it, while the original "clunk" still remains present. Just got it back for the 10th time with a check engine light on... oh and it still CLUNKS. 10 Thumbs Down!
