I needed to help my mom with some simple banking, and they were less than accommodating, and it was extremely disappointing. My mom had some health concerns and can only be out for so long. I called back politely to explain the disappointments I had in the staffs lack of professionalism. However I had a fantastic experience at the Lake Geneva, Associated Bank, however, and would gladly go back there any time I had more banking to do. Thank you, Lindsey.

I have had an account with this bank and branch for some years, as well as accounts with other organizations. In the 10 years I have used their services the bank itself and online/mobile apps are adequate but basic. However the issue seems to be within the physical branch and it’s staff. I have received nothing but headaches every time I have had to simply pull money out or make any type of changes. Anything you need from them requires you to have an appointment including taking out your own money. My suggestion would be to find a bank or better yet a credit union that still values their customer/consumers.

You've failed to process my direct deposits for no reason. This bank absolutely sucks and I will be closing all of my accounts as soon as my last payroll check comes through. You are so lucky I don't live paycheck to paycheck!

Was told I could not exchange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters because I am not a member. Will definitely never become one.

I am ready to close all of my accounts with Associated Bank. The new app and website are inconvenient, I get inconsistent information from customer service sending me in all different directions which don't help me, and now I have to wait 17 days to get back $500 because they processed a credit card payment incorrectly. Enough is enough....
