Took my friend, who was ready to buy a Toyota today, to the dealership and not one salesman came out to greet us. Went to Wilde Toyota and she bought a new Four Runner. I guess you should not judge a book by its cover. If I could leave a negative star I would do so.

This dealership is hands down the best i’ve visited/ worked with, the customer service is great, the 2 car meet functions that were hosted there were a blast! i worked with Wyatt looking to buy a new car, i didn’t end up purchasing one but he was very informative and helpful, very friendly guy. i will definitely be coming back!

This dealership took full advantage of me being a young woman. I owe way more than my car is even worth. I thought the dealership was treating me super well but in the end I got taken advantage with. Not happy.

I've only been a Toyota customer for a short time, but so far the Service Department and parts have been great. Ashleigh is very informative and willing to answer any of your questions or find out the answer for you if she doesn't already know. Unfortunately, I haven't had a great experience with sales. But I would definitely recommend their service and parts department.

Darone Spears was very professional and personable. I never felt pressure to purchase. He went through all the options with me and answered all my questions. I've purchases vehicles before and never felt this at ease about a big purchase.

Chris at Zeigler Toyota is the best old guy I have met in the US, at zeigler Toyota Chris patiently explained the car in detail, the experience was outstanding, provided helpful advice and resolved any issues quickly. The level of professionalism and care shown by the team is truly admirable.

Excellent buying experience!CJ went above and beyond with finding me the best car and helping me with financing! Not only that, it was the first time I have bought a car without feeling pressured. I will reccomend him to everyone I know who is in the market.

Ziegler Toyota will treat you right. We bought a 2017 Buick enclave at a great price. If you have a chance work with Elvis (salesman) great guy, good sense of humor, and works for the customer. Really enjoyed working with him! Thanks again!

Zeigler Toyota and employee Justin Harmon.... ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!!! This young man exemplifies great customer service! Being 2000 miles from home and having car troubles is bad enough. Justin was very understanding and did his best to get us on our way in a timely fashion.Zeigler Toyota -- Hang on to this guy and pay him well......he's $$$ in the bank for any service department!
