Clean store. I went w a friend. She has an account w them. Store was nice. No waitingI looked into service w them but it's 25.00 bucks more a month than Spectrum. Needless to say, I won't be switching.

The employees at this store are very knowledgable and helpful. We are looking for ways to save money in the new year, and asked about ways to reduce our Verizon bill. Monica and Jazz helped us sort out a complicated bill situation and found a solution that saved us a lot of money. Monica has also taken time to help my wife understand her phone's features. Very happy with the awesome team at this location!

The phone service is great, I have yet to drop a call. My issue is with the salesman's transparency during the purchase of my family's cells phones. They do not warn you how costly the activation fees, device set up fees and taxes are till the very end. I am talking hundreds of dollars upon hundreds of dollars.

The lady short Latina at that place treated me as if I was mentally retarded she was very rude and snippy , I only asked her one question and she treated me very badly. Don't go to that place. It's horrible. The workers there treat the clients very badly.

Absolutely the worse cell phone store I’ve ever experienced.I came in the store somewhat prepared I knew exactly what I wanted even came with my app# so I could make the reps job easier. I was greeted when I came in however the short Latino lady was very rude and snippy I told told her that I had a 3,000 credit limit here is when the problem happens I pulled out my CHIME Credit card that is accepted almost everywhere she basically told me my cardCan’t be used theyre so here’s where it gets weird I went down to another Verizon’s and my card was accepted with no problem my preorder is complete and I have a deliver date so shout out to Washington Verizon wireless Chris O. guys amazing and I’ll spend my credit limit they’re

I would give this zero stars after the horrible service we received from the sales guy (Frank) all of the way to the manager ("Jazz").The purpose of our visit to this location was to upgrade our cell phone, instead we were deceived and forced to pay hidden and unexplained charges.We stated that we wanted to return to our old plan and were told that we had to pay more money in "restocking" fees per company policy. We were also made to feel petty and that we were making a big deal over $5.00, when the charges were far more."Jazz" came at us with an attitude and was extremely disrespectful to us and the other customers. She should not be in a management position and was not a good representative of Verizon.We will end our service with Verizon after more than 20 years as a customer, because of today's experience. We learned that they just want money and the customer does not matter.We do not recommend this location or Verizon "customer service". Perhaps this location could benefit from additional training to treat customers with respect.

The staff here is extremely rude. I placed an order over the phone for a apple watch. I chose the same day in store pickup option instead of having it shipped. Few hours later i came into the store to pick up my watch and i was told it wasn't ready. The store was going to close in 30 mins and the reps in store told me a Manager was not available to "Push my order through". I was told it can take up to 72 hours for the transaction to process. I then asked what the purpose of the same day pick up was...long story short the rep went to the back and was able to get my watch within 5 Mins. Why give me all the trouble when clearly it was never a big deal to begin with? I will never go back to this store

Horrible management and customer service. I upgraded my phone under a particular promotion that I had been waiting for. The paperwork did not reflect the promotion correctly when I completed the upgrade, and they could not figure out why. They told me it was all good and that they could fix it later. Instinctively, I felt this would not turn out well, so I tried to take the phone back a couple of days later - only to have the manager get very irate with me when I tried to explain my concerns. Against my better judgement, I did not return the phone like I expected to do. Weeks later, I find out that my phone was upgraded under the wrong promotion, and I am now stuck with a plan/promotion that I did not want in the first place. I called Verizon, and there is nothing I can do now. I would not recommend going to this Verizon store. The manager is very difficult. The corporate store in Oak Creek is a much better place to work with.

I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with the Business team! No response, Jeff won’t answer our calls or messages. We have credits that owed to us and I can’t seem to get any help! They’ll promise you the world when you initially activate service but will ghost you when you need help with your account. There’s no way we’re going to transfer the rest of our companies lines over.
