We had an amazing experience at the Verizon Store in Racine, WI on Washington Avenue. My sister and I needed to get a new phone for our mom and we stopped in to take care of that, along with mom. Sam was our sales rep and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He took care of everything we needed and was so efficient and thorough. It was probably the best experience I have ever had at a cellular phone store - EVER! Thanks Sam!!!

Charlie Pillars was GREAT! He exhibited the patience of Job in explaining the features of my new phone.He answered every question and slowly showed me the features of the phone.Can not be more complementary of Charlie.. he is a real asset to Verizon.

The employee that assisted me, Charlie was super awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, & able to assist me with all my needs. You couldn't find a better employee. He helped me getting a new phone even when I was having issues with choices, he offered me the best deals & prices, he helped me with the set up & getting a smart watch & explained everything with detail. Without his help I'd definitely be unhappy with any other decision I might have made. On top of all that, I deal with derision and anxiety and he made me feel comfortable as well as less stressed about the decisions. Again awesome person. Thank you Charlie.

Stopped today to get new IPhone 13’s with my husband. I will choose this store as my go-to from here on out. Nicholas was our sales representative and he went above and beyond. He was polite, answered all questions, he didn’t make us feel rushed and set up BOTH our phones. The store itself was crazy busy which made the visit just as pleasant. Highly recommend this store & its staff

This store truly saved me when my phone died. Excellent customer service way above & beyond what most would have done. Huge thanks to Charlie for staying really late and helping me recover from the shock of breaking & having to replace a new phone. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was working well. THIS is my Verizon store from now on.

I did not get the name of the lady that helped me but she was excellent she explained things to me it's the 1st time it's ever happened in all the years I've carried Verizon that I've had that best of service. I was a customer migrating from a competing service... Intent on making the switch to Verizon. I dropped in (11.05.21) at a nearby store in Pleasant Prairie, WI - eager to make a service change and upgrade my current phone. I even made reference to this with the reps (An EASY Sale) as I entered the store... Only they gave me the impression they didn't care and appeared more concerned about the time on the clock. Okay fine... I'll take my business to another Verizon store, which I did the following (11.06.21) day. Once again, I entered the store eager to get the newest iphone and improved cellular service. So, I sat with a rep 'Nathen' and after roughly 30 minutes I left with a handwritten scrap piece of paper with my order number, a description of what I would receive and, the sales reps name and number. His instructions were to simply monitor my email and track my order, they would follow up with me once it arrived. Moving forward, I received one email which only read the order was "Shipped" under the status. I checked multiple times a day for over a month before finally calling the rep (12.12.21) to get a personal update. Well, he never answered his phone and his vm did not accept messages as, it indicated it was full. So, I called the store and spoke directly with one of the reps. This rep 'Nick' indicated to me that my phone was delivered but nobody in the store knows what happened to it. He told me this has never ever happened before and will investigate further and call me back... Never received that call. I called back (12.15.21)... asked to speak with the store manager. Representative that answered 'Anthony' told me they did not have an active manager in the store but he could help. After giving him all of the particulars... He told me the order & tracking numbers indicated it was delivered there but nobody there could speak for it or locate it but, he assured me he would get me answers but first he needed to consult with management and the other associates. I replied, "That's what the previous rep told me and I never received a follow-up. Anthony responded, "I guarantee you I will personally call you back within 2 hours," Lmao - Guarantee WHAT? SO... I was about to call it quits with ever doing business with Verizon again! However, my girlfriend continued to urge me to visit another store near her and give this Charlie a chance... There was a little distance between this store and my home however, she insisted he would resolve the issue and present me with a great deal as Charlie had done for both her and her mother. She even called him in advance and shared my experiences with the two previous Verizon stores. Without hesitation, Charlie exercised his resources and expedited the exact phone I had previously ordered to his store in just a couple of days. Whatsmore, upon meeting Charlie Pullara... his innate sense of personal attention and customer care is exceptional. Also, with Charlie it isn't some fake sales pitch his personality is completely organic. He managed to deliver in short time the phone I wanted, was thoughtful in listening to questions and concerns and even apologized for the bad experiences I had with the other store locations. Thanks Charlie... You've restored my faith in humanity. A+

Really nice store--staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and funny to boot, which made the entire process of upgrading and transferring info smooth and fast. Sam K.answered all of my questions thoroughly and with a smile on his face. Will definitely recommend to others.

Charlie Pullara worked with me for 2 days until my issue was settled. He was very patient and friendly. He had to be on hold for long periods of time on several phone calls. I was without a phone for 24 hours and was so thankful that he didn't give up until it was resolved

From the moment I walk through the door Zee was amazingly helpful. She blow all other sells rep’s out the water. I’ve been with Verizon for the past 4 years. She was extremely helpful and hands on. Best customer service ever.
