STAY AWAY. EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH IS VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVEN THE MANAGER IS THIS WAY. THEY LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING TO T-MOBILE.

I worked with Leylah 11/25/23 she was absolutely amazing!! she was very knowledgeable and made the process of my trade in and phone transfer the quickest it’s ever been!!! i 110% recommend you ask for her as she was also very friendly and welcoming!!! you’re the best :))

Went to trade in my phone and get more storage on a new phone . They were suppose to transfer the old phone to the new phone and the salesman Jarin explained he will get everything transferred. He messed up and set it up wrong we’re only phone #’s and picts came over missing 65 gigs of memory. He said don’t worry it will come over. I go back the next day “Sorry” we don’t guarantee it. ( We will not return your old phone it’s gone)Went home and called a I.T at us cellular and said that was an odd transfer. I could see the 70 gig file still. I go back to the store and told another lady who instantly verbally assaulted/rude to me to think I was dumb.. Then she said “she could get her manager who wouldn’t be able to do anything for me anyways” came over to belittle me too until I showed him the file un downloaded. 1st person never set it up right and luckily it wasn’t lost. No sorry we messed up or nothing. I’ll never go back to this particular location ever again. 1 thing is to belittle a customer when the customer was right all along showin you were wrong and asking you to fix your mistake.

Great in store and in person service but, if you have to call customer service directly via the phone, to handle billing or any issues they cannot deal with in store it is exceptionally terrible. I was out of country in May, and had let them know - needed an international package - they said would be removed in the time we agreed. It was never removed so the billing increased during a month I didn’t plan it to be higher considering I was told the package lasted 2 weeks and it was paid upfront. I never had an issue with late payments or unsuccessful payments. June didn’t pull so they tried again - unsuccessful. So, this added on late fees and service charges, on top of any fees my bank added They tried again to pull almost $500 and then THEY blocked my bank account for “bounced checks.” I called the moment I realized and asked for understanding and was confused about the agreement with being out of country and being with them for how long and no payment issues. They had no remorse and blocked my bank account I use for all my bills for six months. When I called in store I’m told they have no control over billing. I’m just so upset and hurt and confused. So. Much. Money. Cell phone companies aren’t what they used to be. I’m so disappointed. Called to get a payment plan and just got a bunch of emails 5 days later say my service will be cut off only to be told when I called AGAIN they made an error. That was my 5th time calling for help! I left Sprint because of poor customer service and I’m starting to realize how conniving these companies are since everyone “needs” a cell phone nowadays. Overall just super unimpressed.

Eric is the best customer service person I've ever met in my entire life. He should be given a raise and a promotion for helping me out today. After already wasting hours of my day dealing with a warranty company and then the warranties company service center I decided to try to take it to where I got it from and Eric took care of it in about 30 seconds. Just goes to show you it's not what you know but who you know and Eric will take care of you. I am super happy that Im writing this review right after leaving because I was so happy from the service I got. thank you Eric.

The two bigger ladies working there are extremely rude and unhelpful they will laugh and joke with each other if you ask any questions or need help with anything they might know. Very rude and vague should not be working in customer service with those super long nails gross!

My phone got ran over by a truck...long story. Went to US Cellular store in Racine to get a replacement and it looked busy when I walked in, yet I was sat down and being helped in under a minute!Jessica V. was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She asked the right questions to know what features were important to me, and then got me into a new Samsung A52 phone that I just love!The entire process was very quick and easy, and Jessica even set me up with a protective phone cover in anticipation of my next incident.Based on this experience and previous visits to this store, I would recommend it - and especially Jessica, she was great to work with!

My Mom went into to get help on possibly purchasing a new phone. There were three workers there. One helping and two totally ignoring my mother. They just never acknowledged her. She still wanted information on that phone, but decided not to due to being ignored. She’s hoping next time she’s not ignored.

Normally have great service. We went in because my phone which usually uses the least data because its always connected to wifi was using the most 2 months in a row causing us to go over our limit. I Google my phones software and saw many articles about it going through data like crazy. So we went in to the Racine store August 30th to buy a new brand of phone. The male employee who was not working with anyone came over. He suggested every thing I did with my phone to lower the data usage. He told us how apps are using data even on wifi because they're under the assumption that all phone plans are unlimited. He however could not explain why he thought my Google search was completely wrong or why just *my* brand of phone was the only one using excessive amounts of data. Every other person on our plan had the same style phone except for me. My mom and I both left feeling we would have had a better experience had my dad been there. The only reason my experience from this day gets 3 stars instead of 1 is because I left with a new phone.
