I have been going to Ulta to get my eyebrows done by Maddie for years. I stopped for 2 months. And i went back last month to get them done. I was told Maddie was no longer there. I let the new employee do my eyebrows. I didn’t realize until i got in the car how bad they were. I was embarrassed to go back in because they were so uneven and my arches were gone.. i called the store and they took about 3-4 days to get back to me on what they were going to do. The manager offered to tint my eyebrows and a discount if i decided to go back to get them done ever. And i booked it for just the tint but i honestly never went because i just couldn’t go back and try to trust someone else to do anything to my eyebrows. I now have found the place Maddie works and will be going to her there. Before and after pictures are available with this review. I am now 3 weeks in and my eyebrows are still in bad shape I’m going to have to wait to get my eyebrows done and have them look even a little close to what they used.

I've been reading some of these comments, and it floors me that some people are writing negative things about the staff here. I just had to write in to say that the staff in the Racine store are just the nicest people. I've never ever had a rude worker there, and I'm always greeted when walking in. Today I had to exchange something that was totally my fault, and my cashier Christiane was so sweet and never once made me feel stupid for buying the wrong color. I'll keep going to this location because of workers like her

The staff was trying to be helpful but they had none of the products that were advertised to be in stock. Also the staff seemed annoyed that I noticed that the items are listed as in stock and they weren't.

It’s a hit and miss, some employees are really nice and helpful and some of them don’t even greet you. I try to go during the week and morning that’s when they are really nice and happy, I avoid going on weekends.

I love ❤️ it when they have sales. It’s an excellent time to go in and grab your beauty needs and save money. Also they have so many exciting products that you can try before you buy. Especially foundation. We all know how difficult it is to find a product that matches and gives us the finis we’d desire. That’s no pressure to buy so you can browse as much as you’d like. If you need help they are there to assist you. Also you can get a sample of the foundation if you’re not sure how it would look in the natural light outside. We’ve all been there when we’ve purchased foundation and applied it and you go out to your car and look in your mirror and it’s totally different. My expression at that point is oh my god nightmare and try wiping some off. They have eye pencils and brow pencils you can also try in store. I put those on my hand to judge the color. I find it very convenient to shop here in this location because I can shop the sales at Kohl’s also at the same time. Or pay my Charge Account bill. It offers me the luxury of not having to fight the crowds in large malls.

This particular Ulta location is horrible. I’ve stopped in a hand full of times and was never greeted. Recently, I went in to get new products since it’s been a while that I’ve worn make-up. I asked for assistance in finding a foundation match and while an employee was assisting me I informed her that I’m looking to replace multiple make-up products, but she handed me the foundation I needed and walked off- that was her chance for an up sale. While in the check out line, that same employee came by and asked if I found everything I needed. I was hesitant and said ‘I’m not sure, I hope it looks good’ and instead of her assisting in that moment, she said ‘I’m sure it will look good’. I also tried to schedule a make up appointment and it seems that this location doesn’t have the staff to do it or they just end those services early. I’d certainly visit a diff location from here on.

Horrible customer service!!!! Won’t be returning! My pickup order showed that it was picked up despite the fact I never picked up the order! The Manager insisted that I did repeatedly and didn’t even apologize when she realized that it was their mistake.
