My wife and I go once a year to review and pay all our policy's with Trevor. He is very thorough and helps us understand everything and discounts. Him and Marcus always makes us feel like friends. We actually enjoy doing this with him.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would say they have their customers best interests at heart and will try to get you the best savings. They will also help you sign up virtually and walk you through downloading the app, e-signing and getting your virtual insurance card.

When my previous insurance company almost double my premiums for no apparent reason, I called numerous insurance companies and chose Trevor Morgan American Family Insurance for his quick action ,outstanding customer service, and being veteran owned. Not only did he get me a cheaper rate but he has gone above and beyond to assure that all customer needs are met.I am thankful for Trevor Morgans commitment to excellence!

HORRIBLE. If there were a negative star rating, I would do that but unfortunately I can only go as low as one star. Dishonest. Deceiving. Be VERY careful and review everything and every word, and MAKE SURE to have them put it in writing. After being under-insured by him through Un-American Family for a whopping 13 days and needing to make a claim, dropped this sleazy insurance agent only to find out I was paying for coverage I most certainly DID NOT need (like exotic and dangerous animals?) and not for coverage I DID need. If you need to contact them, you better do it before 3:50 p.m. Monday-Friday or you won't have any luck as there isn't a soul available in the office past 4:00 p.m., even though posted hours are until 5:00 p.m. I guess when your only customers are friends and family they know how to get in touch with you after hours so it doesn't really matter. Stay far away from this supposed "insurance agent" if you know what's good for you. One thing he can guarantee is to RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!
