The people here were all nice, friendly and fun! We worked with Lauren and she did a great job. She even stayed late to make sure everything transferred to the new phone. We heard her work with another customer who asked endless questions, and Lauren was very patient and helpful.

Needed to upgrade my phone. Lauren was very nice to work with, very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She actually made a usually annoying experience very fun! The whole staff on Wednesday evening around 4 to 5 PM was very enjoyable to be around, they all actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs! This is my new go-to Spectrum store! Thanks, Lauren!

Horrible service… I have called them stating we have had internet outages every week for a month and they have send people out to check a few things and then said it’s fine.Last week the guy said out box outside was the issue for the internet and would put in a work order, but it would be super low priority since our internet was “working”.First day of working from home at a new job and today I am calling again to have someone sent out to check the internet and am missing a day of work now… I also asked how my work order from last week was processing and they advised that this was not ever placed. Super frustrating after the worker last week kept promising it would be in…Spectrum has horribly unreliable internet service and customer service to match. Unfortunately they have monopolized my the internet around my house, so I am stuck with them until a new provider comes in, hopefully any day now….I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone who needs reliable internet. If you are unfortunately stuck with them get ready for weekly calls and workers out to your house that will tell you everything is alright and that they will submit work orders, just to find out they lied about both and the internet is out again as soon as they leave…

Tyler did an exceptional job helping me and my grandma set everything up and switch everything over on our phones. He was extremely patient and made sure we got the deal that we were promised for switching over! 10000/10 customer service!! Definitely ask for Tyler if you ever stop in spectrum

"SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES" "CANT BE TRUSTED" This is my third time in 1 year getting up charged from $50 to $125.. Every 3 months your getting something added to your standard wifi that you never requested, phone line, tv etc... They secretly pull money so it's not good business whatsoever. I gave them 3 chances and this morning I wake up to them trying to pull $25 at 3am. I SIMPLY CANT STAND THIEVES. It's common practice with them. It's not Godly like, if I sold you a car would you like it if I bumped your payments every 3 months but never told you?

Very bad service. Two ladies sitting and not taking customers. Took one person without having him sign in. I waited 20 minutes and lost it, so asked to return the equipment. Suggestion: for just returned equipment, there should be a separate line.
