Wont spend my money in here I have been in the store with others.Poor customer service !!!! Selection of shoes are OLD and overpriced or for one culture of people.As a buisness who makes money from a diverse population and has for many of years EMPLOYERS also have to be trained on customer service. If you can't respect blk ppl don't expect our dollars.Everyone doesn't steal and who would steal a pair of shoes put them on and come to the counter to purchase other shoes.Just because a employee is not familiar with different styles or what others do DO NOT ADDRESS them and make false accusations.If your not the owner your not "Protecting your store". Many of people wear rags on there clothing and shoes.....Rogans has always treated our race different Word has it they sold to Shoe Carnival hopefully they will bring a better company culture and structure and not show so much racism .....

Kind of like the Applebee's of shoe stores. Once a great place, but the service by the employees has become so poor that I am sure it will turn out just as successful as the restaurant. My company needs to drop these people from their shoe program. Next time I will video their lack of service and present it to my company and let them decide if this is really who we should be giving our money to. They saw me..... they watched me.... thinking I was there to shop lift.... but not once did anyone ask ,Can I help you.'

Rogan's has a great selection of shoes at excellent prices. Today I got some steel toe shoes that were on clearance plus 40% off. The final price was $45.

Props to Rogan's staff, specifically Ryan. Went with my daughter to get some new work shoes. As we checked out he told us she still had a half off credit from the last time she got bought shoes. It's nice when a store lives up to his promises.
