I had a very pleasant experience. I was informed at each step of repair and the car was ready earlier than expected. I highly recommend Crash Champions. Customer Service was excellent and the mechanic was absolutely amazing.

They do good work! Make sure to follow up on when parts will be in. I had an issue where parts were delayed and I had to call in often for updates. Paul (Manager) did a great job communicating with me after I explained my concerns. The car was cleaned when I picked it up and I am very happy with their work.

I was recently in two accidents. Crash Champions did my repairs for both. The staff were wonderful and kept me updated on progress. They invited me to come back when I had a question on one of the repairs. I hope I don’t have any more accidents but if I do I will return to them.

Needed a new auto body shop and these guys came up with great reviews and was a in network shop! Brought the vehicle next day got an estimate and immediately started working on it. Daily text updates and great communication from the shop. Was done in less than a week and it looked great. Even detailed the car to make it feel like a brand new off the lot. Will def use again if I need it. Shout out to Gerald for doing a great job taking care of us and Stephanie and Kathy in the office great staff great people. Highly recommend using these guys!

Everyone was so helpful at explaining the process and helping me understand what they would all be doing. I was worried about the way insurance had written what would be covered. But they took care of everything and my car came back earlier than expected and fixed perfectly! Highly recommend crash champions as a reliable company!

Outstanding customer service and excellent quality workmanship. They even polished out an unrelated scratch at no cost! Also checked in my returned rental car, and my car was cleaned when I picked it up. I wish all businesses had this level of professionalism!
