Online pick up lady I encountered was not professional and was rude! I purchased eggs she was standing in the cold conversating with my eggs exposed to the elements. I had to lower my window and yell out was she looking for CHRISTINE BOOKER? And she replied are you Christine Booker I said YES...She stood there looking at me I had to drive over to her and get my order. She then informed me that my order WASN'T complete and I was notified! I told her I NEVER RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT MY ORDER WASN'T COMPLETE. She RUDELY replied DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT? I NICELY replied NO I do not!!!!!! Her attitude sucks!!!!!! No way to talk to a person especially a customer.

Was on the receiving end of some very bad customer service in the deli this afternoon. A couple of ladies in the deli seemed put out of their way when I requested some help, that being in the form of slicing some cheese. I named the cheese according to the tag above it, mild provolone, and was quickly told, "what you Talkin bout, there is only one kind of provolone! So,you want provolone?" Then, I was giving the rolling eye treatment and one of her co workers mumbled to the employee helping me, he is just like my sister. I guess that meant I wanted some deli items sliced fresh. Neither one of these ladies appeared to be very happy, for what reason, I don't know. But, don't have an attitude with a paying customer. These two ladies ( use of term very lightly) only encouraged me to never shop at this store again.

Almost all the employees are exceptionally nice and helpful, but I can only give two stars because the store employs one checker who quite unpleasant and has been for years. I do my level best to avoid her lane, but sometimes (as it was today) I could not stay out of her way because she took over for another checker. Self checkout is. It an option either as she frequents that area, too. Would it really be all that hard to be halfway pleasant and/or take that scowl off her face? Apparently so. I’d feel picked upon, but I have noted she’s the same with other customers and fellow employees. Otherwise the store is solidly good, convenient and (as mentioned before) almost all employees are excellent. As they say, one bad apple….

during my recent visit to the PnS in Mount Pleasant, WI i spent about 25 minutes moving about the store casually and with purpose, I came across 12 employees, three in which were members of management. only 2 employees actually engaged with smile and or greetings. I volunteered a few encounters with myself greeting them and yet no eye contact or even a smile. I gave all employees ample time to make sense of my presence. clearly! I was non-significant! I did not interrupt their day, I did not demand their attention away from their duties, and all saw me clearly. The cashier "Alison "greeted me very friendly, cheerful and indiscriminately, and a cart guy gave me the upper front of his hand which I think means "HOW" in early American folk lore. he did not smile. I did call the management. she stated that if I called the main number to advise it would only get back to her so it would not do me much good to call them in otherwards. She did speak to me in a professional manner and assured me that this would be addressed. I let her know that not only was I going to post this on yelp, but I also will share with my social group. as for me, I will probably not want to go there again if I can help it.

Don't know if I can blame the staff. They were all crabby, on edge, and seemed under staffed. Rude and quite usually doesn't bother me, but when a bagger clearly has an attitude and is slamming or throwing my over priced items in my cart, I was seconds away from telling him I will do it myself, just doesn't seem like the right way to present your store and employees to the customers

Pricier than most local markets but a vary nice fresh veggie area with a great selection. Good quality meats. And an excellent home product selection.

I needed Roma tomatoes for ratatouille. Bought like 10 or 11. 4 of them had an inner consistency similar to one having been frozen previously. Waste. But the other ones held up just fine. Still like pick n save. But like why were those tomatoes not having a good time?

I almost always use this store for pick up on the way home from work. They are the best pick up place I have found. Very consistent. They always find good replacements and usually come out within 10 minutes. They are aways friendly. Having a card with digital coupons saves me Buchu bucks. Just today I saved almost $15. Free pick up if you spend $35 or more which isn’t that hard to do if you need more than just essentials, even with using coupons. So convenient in covid times, I may continue to use this service after Covid.

I do not go there very often but I was extremely impressed with the many choices they had and the variety. It is a beautiful store and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The real draw for me to shop at Pick N Save is the parent company (Kroger) relationship with BP Petroleum which gives us "cents off" per gallon at BP/Amoco gas stations when I shop at Kroger/Pick N Save stores. When I shop for groceries I do in-depth online price comparison. Today I walked away from a 15.5 oz box of Cocoa Krispies on the shelf for $3.99 when a competitor has the same item listed on their app @ $2.49. Again, if it weren't for the Fresh Perks card I would drive past this store. This particular Pick N Save location tends to stock the "A" sellers and some "B" sellers. The produce tends to be of better quality than their competition but the meat selection is slim. Deli is adequate. Their standout is the chicken, both rotisserie and the fried. They do pump out a lot of donuts. Groceries tend to be priced high at this store unless they are on sale. The building itself is starting to show signs of age, especially the men's room. Stinky urinal, cracked counter. Missing soap dispensers all say that management has low standards.

Do not recommend their pickup service and bad customer service. They do not notify you in advance if your order won't be ready in time. This wasn't the first time but decided to give it another try. Bad decision, Spoke with a so called manager Tim who assured me he would call me when the order was ready and never received a call! Will be taking my business elsewhere going forward...

This is not my usual Pick n Save that is near 4 Mile Road but this is alittle smaller and isn't as intimidating as the bigger store. It was a good shopping day and was fairly easy to find things as I had other errands in the area. Works for me.
