Good selection of produce and meat. Can be on the pricy side, but if you use the app and check the weekly sales, you can definitely find some good deals and stock up.

I shop here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Today was no exception. It was a very busy Sunday, and Kyle went out of his way to make sure I was able to get an item I needed.

Waited in line for an actual person to check is out, took 25 minutes. The manager didn't express amy concern. Don't come of you want to get in and out fast.

Went there to go to the money center. There was a blonde lady, who I believe is a manager, standing by the money center doing nothing. I asked her if she could help me and she snapped at me and said “we’re understaffed.” I told her that the website says it’s open and she just stared at me. I’ve had nothing but horrible customer service here and most of the workers look like I am bothering them by shopping there. I understand that places are shorthanded and may need to maneuver the availability of services but there is absolutely no reason why that cannot be respectfully communicated. I never thought I would say this but I would rather shop at Wal-Mart than deal with the rude staff here. It’s horrible

Sunday Sept 1 2024 130pm, 2 women at front desk yammering on and on about how awful the managers are, and the one servicing me says she's upset because she was supposed to leave an hour ago...I told her that's no excuse to give poor service and ignore customers while crying to each other about the store issues..

Came for groceries, left with nothing because the staffed checkouts were backed up, one set of self checkouts was backed up, and the other set of self checkouts was entirely closed. So much space wasted with insanely overpriced dinnerware and kitchenware too. I'm gonna be really happy when the new Woodman's nearby getss built and opens. I'll be going there instead of here or the Walmart down the road. This is the saddest Pick n Save I've ever seen.

So a Saturday with 2 checkers and a store full of customers. I know this will not change anything because it is the same everywhere. I hate shopping at your store . For the money we spend it sure could be better.

No shopping carts inside, NOT ONE. Employees sitting inside, in the aisles, playing on their phones. I had to run out and grab a couple carts from the parking lot for me and an elderly lady. Absolutely ridiculous

Store has gone downhill if you want to get a money order from them don’t they won’t help you and tell you they don’t need people like you ( ??) like this lady did, then to hide from accountability. They will then call the store director to tell you out to get out or they will call the cops without asking what happened and call the cops anyways. Meat, fruits, and vegetables suck and are overpriced, and they never have people that actually wanna do their jobs there.. maybe like 2 or something but still deplorable.

This store seems to never have enough cashiers. No matter what time of day or day of the week I go, I always have to wait to either go thru a check out with a cashier, or use a self check out. Sometimes all the lines are very long and crossing the isles and go into isles making shopping inconvenient for shoppers and those waiting to check out.

Constantly understaffed. Expect to wait in a long line because they typically only have one register open besides self check out.
Not a very clean store either. Would shop at other pick n saves if possible.

I wouldn’t recommend a customer service for any type of business. The store is open until 10. Customer service should at least be open until 9:55 but 15 min they told me they couldn’t help me with what I need

I was going to let this go because I under stand service dogs are very important, but there are customers coming in with small handheld dogs. These people are holding the dogs and then touching the food. This has happened several times when I was there and I am sure this happens often. This is a health hazard and something the FDA needs to know about along with the health department. I see it anymore, I will not hesitate to call.
