Dr. Richard (pharmacist) is caring and attentive. He helps me so much when I pick up my prescriptions. Dr. Richard noticed my insurance had changed, and the price was higher than normal. He offered to try different codes to see if he could bring down the cost of my meds. He brought my cost down almost $4.00. That might not seem like much to most people but when every penny you save counts, Dr Richard made me feel like he cared about me as a customer and patient. Thank You, Dr Richard. We are lucky to have you as our pharmacist. You Rock Doc!

If I could put 0 stars I would do not go here unless you want your medication played around with. Almost a week later still no progress and when I call they all lie. My insurance doesn't even know I have medication waiting to get refilled. What a joke....

Most of the pharmacists and staff are very helpful, although David does not go out of his way to help anybody

New male tech awfully unprofessional. Eli to be exact he needs more customer service training. To use the words " you come at me .... to a customer is just not appropriate language to be using with customers when I was waiting over 3 hours for my script only to not have it in stock

The folks they have working in the pharmacy are flat out lazy. Was having an expensive script filled that we had a manufacturer coupon that brought the price way down. It literally takes a minute or less to process the coupon. They spent more time lying to us about their "failed attempts" than it would have taken to just key in the info.Moved our business to another pharmacy, less than a minute they had everything they needed to prepare our order. This pharmacy hasn't always been incompetent, but I've noticed over the last couple months the attitude and the effort of the employees has completely tanked. Not sure what changed, but upper management needs to take a look. We've taken our business elsewhere.

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever I plan on switching to a new pharmacy.

There's at least one pharmacist that should be fired. He's rude and off putting, provided zero customer service. The pharmacy techs are far better and actually seem good at getting the job done. I only go to this pharmacy because of my insurance. Fact is that a pharmacist like Rick will be gone eventually and raise the bar in his absence.

Not a regular customer. Only went there because of a Good RX price for script for my cat. Never again. Got conflicting information from the tech and the pharmacist. They lost one of the prescriptions. Gave me the wrong one and refused to take it back. Said I'd have to come back in a few days when the regular pharmacist was there. With as many options as there are, why bother? Zero stars - but Google makes you pick a minimum of one.

Here's my review on instacart grocery delivery service if you a person that use EBT or QUEST card that the app is not for you. I sign up for the first time last week Saturday using instacart first time they got everything wrong I had a shopper delivered my order to the wrong address it just so happened it was just a block over for me while I had to get to actually stand up on a surgery I had to hop over to the next block over to get my order. The the second time I tried the app which was today Friday April 16th and I went to put in my order using my EBT only to have to find out that they do not have the app setup for people that would like to use EBT so if you use instacart delivery grocery delivery service you use it at your own risk please think before you act on this one.

they never have anyone scheduled to make their cheese popcorn. and when I asked if there is only one person who know how to make it the reply was yes. poorly managed store that can't cross train .
they also don't follow their corporate protocol for colvid, customers are allowed not to wear masks and I have seen vendors also not wearing masks

Shop for an hour and half, go to check out and there are no registers open. I had to scan, and bag an entire cart in the self checkout. Before coupons it was over $265! 3 little bagging racks for all those groceries. Why wouldn't you have at least 1 register open? I should have listened to my husband and gone else where tomorrow.

I went to buy dinner one afternoon. I went through self check out. I paid and was walking out and all the sudden my basket locks. Then out of no where a white man came yelling DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. I didn't know he was even talking to me bc I was trying to fix my basket. Then I realized he was talking to me and I was like yes sir I do. The young man JULIAN that helped me in self check out told him "she just left from here". The white manager did not apologize or anything. He just said ok. So I'm still in shock, embarrassed and trying to get my basket to go. I believe he did that bc I am Mexican and he labeled me. If he was watching me he would have seen I scanned everything and paid for EVERYTHING. I am gonna look into getting a lawyer about this bc I believe this was a racist act. I cried when I went to the car as I was telling my husband. I was humiliated, embarrassed and I just couldn't believe it. I will never bring business to PICK N SAVE ever again and we buy groceries all the time from them.
