This place does not make any sense and so how you can go in there one day and try to get a debit card they tell you your machines are out and not working come back the next day you come back the next day it's the same thing then you go back to following week only to find out they ain't got no cards kind of place is this

This place is horrible. Tried to pay my truck loan today with a credit card. Do you know how much money they want to charge me to do that?? $10.00!!!! What a scam and a joke. Why are you charging that ridiculous price to use a charge card?? Well guess what! Jokes on you. I'm pulling my account next week. To charge your customers like that, you can take someone else for a sucker but it won't be me. Bye Felicia!

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a bank! Wouldn’t open an acct for me due to a SSN variant. Never herd of it either. Although I’ve had accts at every major bank around here through my life. The guy lied to my face. Would of rather had him be honest.

When no other bank would help me refinance my house to get a better rate and get rid of my balloon note on my second mortgage because I'm a small business owner...and Covid-19 is going on... Landmark said no problem! They were wonderful to work with, always very clear with what they needed from me, very responsive, and we did everything online so I didn't have to leave my business. Not only that, they financed a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my company vehicle even though my business is only two years old! I can't say enough wonderful things about Landmark!!!

Long lines and slow. When you finally get to the window they have rules on depositing checks no other banks have. They even have different rules at each location. Don't waste your time trying to create accounts online or adding someone to an existing account. Not even their IT department knows how to make it work.

As guardians of our disabled son and payee for his Social Security, we attempted to transfer his account from another credit union to this credit union. My wife informed the client services representative of the situation but focused on one line on one document and then consulted with the corporate legal department. They in turn determined that this was too risky of an account for Landmark Credit Union!?!? I called the branch manager Ashley P. while she finally understood that the client services representative didn't listen to my wife and agreed to let us open an account for my son I realized that based on the way she spoke with me that I no longer wanted to. Ashley was not consumer friendly, was matter of fact in her responses, she did own the mistake but never apologized for the way my wife was treated and the delay in getting the final decision. At times while I was talking with her, she would speak over me. This is not a friendly financial institution.

The lines here are SLOW and the staff is rude. They dont have mortgage lenders available on the weekends and arent open late during the week. Tried to call a number of times to see if i can make an appointment to speak to a lender on a weekend, sat on hold for 15min before i hung up. Forget it. Im not going to beg you to take my money.
