My other half and I went for his birthday to get pedicures. The staff was really nice and the pedicure was good. The employees took their time and ensured they did a thorough job. The price was on point for most of the places we go.
We will try this place again.

Used my certificate that was 14 months old. Received half of the certificate price. Fine.
Got my nails done on Wednesday night and they all have chipped. I will never come back here with how rude they were and how bad of a job was done.

My go to spot. I’ve never had a bad experience. Sometimes it can get noisy, but that’s mostly the patrons.
I love the camaraderie these people have. Many of them have worked here for a long time. They are always so happy go lucky and cracking jokes with each other.
I have my go to people, but everyone is great.
Design work - go to Kim.
Best pedicure - go to Ann.
Spanish speaking - go to Isabel.
My favorite is Tina. She is always delightful and does my nails so perfectly. It’s to the point that I let her pick my colors. When she leaves for her annual trip to Vietnam, I go to Ann.
I usually spend $60-80 but that’s an acrylic fill with gel polish, pedicure with gel polish.

I was very unpleased with my service. I went to Laguna Nails at 4 pm with a reference picture of what I wanted. I showed them the picture and explained what I wanted . I asked for them to make it shorter because I do work in an industry where I need to have shorter nails, and I have gone there many times in the past and I’ve had issues before, but I tried to give them another chance. To start off , but you were not properly taking off my nails by soaking them off they tried to first drill the nails very low and then ripped them off with another fake nail under my nail, was extremely painful and definitely ruined my actual nail creating breakage . Completely lazy and damaging. When they saw that trying to rip them off, wasn’t going to work, they try to wrap them in tinfoil and soak them a little bit and continue to drill the rest of it off . Next they argued with me about the length of the nails when I requested, I told them many times to make them shorter. And it got to the point were people started to stare and made me feel very embarrassed and it was completely unnecessary. If I’m paying the money, I should be able to get the services I requested. But instead, I was met with an argumentative nail tech. The top it all off I already have stated in the past that I do not like pink , but they go on to use a pink gel on my nails. Keep in mind I got to the nail salon at 4 PM. I was not able to leave until almost 6:30pm. Due to them being over, booked with too many customers, trying to rush my nails while also making me wait so they could aid other customers. I ended up having to spend $133 on my pedicure and manicure. $60 for my feet. Which I only asked for a basic pedicure with white gel. And my manicure cost $70. What a rip off all that money I spent just to get my nails done not the way that I requested, cause pain to my nails and cuticles damaging them, and being rude on top of it. If I’m spending the money, I want to get what I paid for. This is why they don’t tell you the prices in the beginning of service because they know people will probably walk right out the door. They claim to be very cheap and reasonably priced, but it was not the case at all. To make someone pay that high of a price for mediocre work is crazy. They can’t do any designs of any sorts , and are very limited to what they can do. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again avoid this place at all costs. There’s a way better shop called Racine Nails right across the lot , they are a bit more pricey, but for the value I paid them in the past I always got what I wanted, and then some. Laguna Nails are cheap but not in the way you would think it would be , but are crooks and scammers. Please save your money and never go to this ever. If I could ever give negative stars this place would have -5 . Just awful service and attitudes in that place . My last final piece of advice, they will always try to upsell you and come off aggressive and pushy. Even when you tell them no this is all I want done they will insist and pester you about getting more services done. No one should have to go through that and feel trapped in a situation like that. Learn from my past mistakes just walk out and never return . They will never get another cent out of me. Please protect your young, daughters and friends and family from scammers like establishment.

If I could I would give it half a star . They cut me they gave me gel instead of acrylic i tried to say something they didn't listen they also gave me attitudes . I had left and called back because I asked for acrylic and French tip they gave me and attitude and said we can be the lady client for the day they fixed it it's still not what I wanted but it's okay I guess .

Pedicure was standard, but it was a chop shop!!! Had their tools in a sanitizer pouch that was already opened. They spend more time making themselves look clean that actually being clean. I would avoid imo. On top of that, you cannot add gratuity to a card, and the service provider straight up asked me if I was going to tip and then directed me to the ATM.

I was very unpleased with my service. My pedicure was phenomenal. Couldn’t ask for a better one but when it came to fixing a broken nail, I was carelessly handled and they continued to have my finger yanked, pulled , and came to matching up my nail they did it incorrectly and continued to buzz my nail down and cause me pain. I was visibly upset, and was told why I could not have what I requested done to my nail. Even though I stated exactly what I wanted they did a very rush job on repairing my nail due to having too many customers and under being understaffed. Would not recommend this place unless you’re getting a pedicure .

They let you book nail repairs online but then they cancel it. Then when you show up they act confused and tell you you don’t have an appointment. Only to later say “you can’t book online you have to just walk in”. And then you look at your account and it says “cancelled by owner”. You schedule an appointment for the time and tech you want. If they don’t want to take appointments for it they shouldn’t give you the option. Make a notation that says “nail repair: walk in only”. Simple. But to cancel it and pretend like YOU’RE the one who is mixed up is really rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years now. Disappointing.

They take walk-ins even when they have an appointment scheduled already. And then ask you to wait or come a different day. People’s time is valuable, I don’t like mine being wasted.
