"Stay in your car," more like remain in your car oil change. By far, the worst experience at a Take 5. The manager, Shana, along with the staff, have no sense of service. Took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged without being offered a water bottle, which many other locations provide. Once pulled into the bay, a few random people not in uniform walking around with no concern for those waiting.

Went to this place for a quick oil change before we hit the road for the holiday. One of the guys broke the oil dipstick and the manager Danny who was standing right there told us he would replace the dipstick and it would take a couple of hours or the next day at the latest. He put a piece of tape over the hole and said it would be ok until he replaced the dip stick. On the way home we smelled oil so we checked and the tape, it was covered with oil. He didn’t call us so we called and of course got the run around. 5 days later still no dip stick and no word from them at all. Now I can’t even get anyone on the line to find out where it is! Please save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to go!

The customer service is excellent every single time we come there. Your employees are greatly appreciated for their positive attitude and friendliness. They are professional, make eye contact and make you feel special. That's the reason I keep coming back to this place!

The workers were kind and courteous. I don’t recall the two young men names, however, they took time to explain to me what they were performing and they didn’t take advantage of me. I will definitely return when it’s time. Thank you.??♀️

All doors locked can’t even get In too talk to any body. Nobody comes out to greet or even speak to you. I know it’s first come first serve but waiting a hour on the outside with not even a word is crazy

Excellent excellent service! Quick service was very professional employees! They actually did something I’ve never had done before with an oil change, and that is checking out a filter that is behind my glove box that affects the internal air. Highly highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Very different this this visit. No water was given while I waited. Was told my oil plug was stripped and the last person to touch the oil plug was at this location. Had to remind them I get a military discount. Good got closed and I was told the job was done. Had to ask to see the oil level when every other time it is shown. Then had to ask if they check air pressures. Got a look of a bewildered person. Air was then added. Guy next to me in the other bay got his windows cleaned. Mine were filthy. No one cleaned mine. My service tech don’t speak English. He just mumbled. Service quality needs serious attention.
