Takes forever for repairs to be completed, improperly installed grille, it fell off within a year of repairs, caliber will not warranty work. Don't waste your time and effort here, go somewhere else.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on our car. It looks brand new. They provided excellent customer service, get us updated on progress and handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. I highly recommend them!!

They did an excellent job on my car. Could not even tell I was hit. They, Even buffed out the side scratches and vacuumed and cleaned my floor mats. I was impressed.The receptionist was friendly even when i was frustrated and knowledgeable.
It did take a few extra days longer than the time that I was told, but that was because of a part delay. I would definitely recommend Caliber collision ?

Had my Chevy Sonic repaired after an accident. They did quick and awesome work. After repair I did have an issue with my left taillight but was told to bring it back in.

Had damage from an accident repaired here, all bodywork. Work was done reasonably quickly. Given this was paid by the insurance of the other party, I cannot comment on their estimation.

Very fast and efficient !! Amber was great !! Only thing is could have offered to fix 2 minor chips in the paint since the had the color match .. but never offered to fix it ( I would have paid for it ) .

First class service and experience after a challenging situation with my car. The staff were so kind and helpful and the car was repaired so well, and almost two weeks ahead of the estimated date- despite a busy holiday season. I will continue to go to Caliber Collison for any future needs. Shout out to the Franklin and Mount Pleasant locations for their hard work and customer service.
