The employees are always very helpful. My mom doesn't like it in the building when it gets dark, because the lights are motion lights and it freaks her out. Otherwise very nice inside and outside. You can store almost everything here, cars, boats, RVs, trails. Outside or inside if available. I will say the only downside that should be fixed is that the driveways need to have lights, if you don't know where the driveway is you will miss it every time when it is dark outside.

Good luck getting your deposit back. It's been 6 months, I still don't have my f'in deposit back after being promised 3 or 4 times "I should have it soon".

This facility does not honor a reservation online. I spoke with Madeline she said that they had no units available. That making a reservation online did not mean its available. I mentioned to her that I got an email confirmation with a unit number already and all I had to do is go in the office and fill out my paperwork but still told me it was no longer available. She told me the unit that I reserved are not handled online. Please be careful reserving online from this facility.

I had did everything online and I accidentally didn’t put in the correct day that I was moving the thinks I had going in the storage unit. I didn’t need the unit on the May 16th I needed it on April 1st. I ended up calling and I had spoke to a lady by the name of Maddy and she completely situated everything out the way I was needing it to be. I couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness. This is my 2nd time coming here and it ls because of staff. Thank you Maddy for making things less hectic for me.

Can’t pay your bill online anymore. Doors are always broken so it really isn’t climate controlled, everything is filthy because they let people work on vehicles in the back. And the only way to stay on auto payment is to email the new office lady your credit card info for her to store in her filing cabinet, seems fishy.

This company was bought out by "Blue Sky". We have not been able to contact this storage facility since June 15, 2022. We can't pay our bill or retrieve our belongings. The paper stuck on the door gives a website to contact but it's of no help. Please Help If You Know Anything!!!

I was renting from them I told the front desk clerk I had lost my job and she told me if I didn't come pay, they was going to take me to court. I told her I was going to pay just send me the bill at the time I didn't have no one to help me get the stuff out of the unit.I asked them to just Auction the stuff off so I wouldn’t keep getting billed for the unit she told me she was just trying to help me which I didn't believe her. When I had talked to her on another day after getting over having the covid I asked her again about them auction off the unit...here it is almost $ 700 dollars later and I'm still getting billed. I wouldn't recommend this place t no one.

Appreciated generous hours or access and climate controlled facility. Easy access for loading in too. Gianna provided excellent customer service during my stay, great staff.

Your storage unit is so far away and you have to literally carry everything all that distance and it's very rare to be able to find a cart or something to put your stuff on they say there are cards I've only seen them once I think the setup is terrible

Katie was leaving, clocked out and halfway in the car when I ran up begging to let us rent. Not only did she clock back in and patiently wait on me. She was professional and respectful and took her time doing things right and making sure the customer had a great experience. I appreciate the great customer service.

The app for making payments no longer works. They are apparently under new ownership. Store Here did not notify us of this change. The new owner Blue Sky did not notify us of this change. Both companies are extremely unprofessional for their failure to tell us what was going on. The three emails from Blue Sky demanding payment, were put into my spam folder, since it is a new unknown email address. They should have mailed letters to all the customers. The text I received demanding payment, does not respond to return texts and even though it says in the text to call that number with any questions, the call hangs up after one ring. There is no way to leave a message and no one ever answers. It is definitely time to find a different storage facility that is not owned by either company.

Shannon was extremely helpful finding me a solution to my issue. I came in at the last minute and really needed some help. He walked me through the process and got me exactly what I needed. This man deserves a raise. A good front line worker is hard to find these days... keep him around! The facility is clean, well kept, security cameras in place and working. Easy access to the facility and my unit. Could not have been a better experience. Thanks again Shannon! Your extra effort to help me is greatly appreciated!
