The doctors are very nice. Prices are very good and better than any other vet our cats have seen. The doctors are so good with our cats as well. Only downside is the employees at the front desk. They lack smiles, happiness, and motivation. I felt like I was being a burden to them when I was simply just checking out.

I've been going to this vet for a few years now and I never get a very welcoming feeling from the girls at the front desk. Dr Ray is extremely nice and great with my animals and Dr Livingston has been ok. I feel like if you are trusting a vets office with the care of your family pet and giving them your business they should make the environment a bit more welcoming .

Terrific vet and office. Since we moved back to Racine 1.5 yrs ago we have gone to 2 other vets. Not good. The others, MS and RV, immediately tell you to go to the emergency vet in Somers. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Read the reviews. Dr. Livingston is very nice, very thorough and very fair priced.

This place used to be the best in the area. They took walk ins, spent time explaining things to you and provided good quality care for a good price. Not the case anymore. I've been going here for years and years with all my furry family members, my parents too and I couldn't even get my VERY sick pitty in to be seen within a week! He may not have even lived that long but no one cared. Then the little girl on the phone asked me if I'm the one who has the sick cat....I hung up on them and went elsewhere. Also, if you have pitbulls do not take them here. They show major prejudice and they can't get you and your pits out the door fast enough. We were told my dog had incurable glaucoma..WITHOUT receiving any eye exam whatsoever but given eye drops as a precaution, his eye swelling went down and is all cleared up. Some incurable glaucoma. Increased prices AND diminished quality of care with prejudice sprinkled on top! Go somewhere else!!!

My fiancé and I took our pets to belle city for years, so when our dog Emma was having issues with a bladder infection turns they said it was e coli we ended up taking her to the er vet and was told she actually had diabetes and we called belle city to get her to get what she needs and was told they had no opening (we called at 8am) and that they were short on vets Now Emma is getting worse and we had to call another vet just to hopefully get her better. WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

Terrible service. I called first thing in the morn after they opened, to take care of meds; they said they would call. No call, 230pm I called again, was told still waiting in Dr approval. WTH!! Pets need their meds too! Would you make a human wait?? I think not! I never got a call! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Hope they call tomorrow! Even when I brought her in for check up to get updates on shots they never gave them. Just looked at my other concerns and said see what meds do and come back at a later date. Just trying to get more money out of me! Will not take next pet here.

Desk employee either has no compassion or just does not listen. When working in veterinary services customer service skills should be a must. My mom's dog has had some issues and had an appointment scheduled to remove stitches from a surgery. In between the surgery and the appointment the dog became sick. Belle City was called to inform them of this to be looked at and they were very cold regarding when she could come in. She already had the appointment scheduled to remove the stitches today but they said she could come back Wednesday for the sickness. The dog ended up being brought to the ER yesterday and has vestibular disease, they suggested she be put to sleep. Belle City was informed that the dog is being put down and the woman's follow up question was if she was keeping the appointment tomorrow. My mom told her obviously not as the dog will no longer be.. and her response was, "ok! Have a nice day." which is pretty rude in my opinion when your customer is very upset about the lose of her dog and this employee was clearly not listening to her or again like I said, has no compassion. The veterinarian is great there but the front desk employee is giving Belle City a bad name. We will not return anytime soon.

My dog Bella age 11 Had her check up about 3-4 weeks ago My vet said she's healthy ? Bella was suddenly losing a lot of weight the vet asked did we change food? Or diet my mom answered No Bella has never had this problem before Bellow is EARLY signs of diabetes in dogs When the vet ask my mother if we changed food and her answer was no the vet should have known older dogs could have a chance of getting diabetes with her sudden weight loss I am not sure what's it like to be a vet or never will be but Bella should have been sent home with "we got her diabetes early" and it could have been manageable Instead we lost her on Wednesday 5-18-22 I don't know what it's like to have that's job I'm sure it's stressful but why was my mom told FROM her vet Bella is so healthy it's good we have another dog with her Which now Maggie is alone Maggie lost her best friend & her sister They also made us to go WVRC emergency when her appointment was the next day while Bella was having a diabetic emergency!! PLEASE take your animals else where -Belle city veterinarian hospital also pushed me & brothers phone away while having a diabetic emergency So the place we ended up taking her was WVRC emergency But they were really nice & good for emergencies but they are very expensive because it's emergency If you can take your animal somewhere else

I have been with them for years and loved and recommended them. I know longer can recommend them let alone use them. They care and concern for animals and even scheduling appointments show a lack of care and concern on the part of animals and their humans.

I feel that Belle City should actually get 4 and 1/2 stars, but that option isn't available. I am very happy with the service that we get here. We have seen 2 different veterinarians there and I, personally, prefer Dr. Pantone. She is very caring and takes great care of our animals.
