They always have the battery I need for cell phone, garage door opener or car key fob. I love the lifetime battery replacement for my key fobs. And they put the new battery in for me too.

They were able to test my battery and determine it was defective. I think that is why it never did start the van and I was chasing other problems when it was battery all along. However they did stand behind their product and replaced it. I would buy batteries from them in future for personal and business.

I was 14 YEARS OLD and when I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed. The man who took care of that was very creepy. I went home and found out he added himself on my socials. I know they have to go through the phone to make sure it’s working correctly but I still feel grossed out thinking about what this man was doing on my phone cause I don’t think going on my Snapchat was professional especially adding me and then trying to talk to me. I really hope he wasn’t going through my private photos because that makes it even grosser. Anyways, Every time I l drive past this place I feel sick to my stomach

The Racine store was great. The battery I had was defective, it wouldn’t take a charge, they checked and replaced it.

Needed a new battery for our key fobs. In and out quickly. Associate change the battery in fob I had with me and gave me tips on changing the 2nd one.

Had a battery replaced in my Galaxy S8 phone and I came out with more cracks in the casing than when I went in
