I had the most amazing car buying experience from Symdon Chevrolet's salesperson Brenda. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience special. I even found little notes and gifts here and there in the car from her. I may not travel that far to do my Chevy maintenance, but I will always keep her in mind when we're ready to buy again!

Have all service work done at dealership including oil changes. Asked that they look at the transmission while it was in for oil/rotation. Told it was fine, just needed to get new tires before winter. Next day after two hours driving, transmission failed on the interstate. Pulled dipstick, found metal particles covering dipstick. I understand transmissions fail. Just unhappy that I asked someone to look at it, told it was fine, clearly it wasn't. Called service to discuss options (should I get it to a shop nearby or back to them) was told they were booked solid, better to find a different dealership. Been a customer over 20 years, and that was the best answer they could give? Right answer, given that they had just told me the transmission was fine, would be "hey so sorry, if you can get it back here we'll get it in right away to take a look at it". I've always bought vehicles based on the service department because in the end, that's what you're getting. I'll find someone else. So totally disappointed and let down. UPDATE: per the response, called the dealership. Had a pleasant conversation, explained what had happened. They apologized, thanked me for the call. Situation still is what it is. My review hasn't changed.

Heading out on a long weekend and our vehicle lost all phone connectivity. Stopped in to see if we could get assistance. A technician (Camden) took a look at it and immediately went to work fixing it. He got it fixed and we were on our way. Thank you for the awesome service & help! Much appreciated!

I was driving back to Milwaukee from seeing my parents in Iowa. Outside of Dubuque Iowa the light in my car came on that I had low tire pressure. So as soon as I could I pulled over to a station and filled it with air. I traveled again for the light to continue to say low tire pressure. Pulled over in Mount Horeb to check the tire again and saw the nail. Pulled into the Symdon Motors to see if they could look at it. I walked in and was greeted by Alissa Schell. She asked me what was wrong and I told her that I saw a nail in my back tire. She told me to pull it into the bay right away. They were able to patch the hole. I was there less than an hour and they did not even charge me for the repair. It is stressful traveling anyway and then to have a nail in your tire adds more stress. Thank you Alissa for being so nice and to the service guy who patched it. A great place with kind and friendly people.

As a first time buyer from this dealership, my experience was very relaxing and effortless.
I had the pleasure of meeting with BRENDA LUITJENS over the phone, who set this whole deal up while I was able to work throughout the day. I came in later in the afternoon to meet with SHANE JENKINS (biz mgr) he also made the financing process effortless!

I just brought my truck in to get the 15k service and all they did was change the oil. No tire rotation so I asked Alissa, the Service Advisor, and she said that she would have one of the techs look at the tread depth. I believe it's recommended to rotate you tires for even tread wear.
Then the oil sticker that they put on said to change the oil at 19k. I thought I was supposed to get 5k out of an oil change not 3k.
This place is chewed up!

Service manager was welcoming and friendly. He answered all of my questions and also gave me little tidbits of information about my car. The ladies in the service department office are super friendly also and courteous.
