Kristen did an AMAZING job on our wedding flowers. I gave her some photos and then gave her complete control. She blew us away! It looked gorgeous and she even set up our reception for us. Would recommend to anyone and Kristen will be out to go for flowers in the future!

Recently, I had the absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a flower shop. I contacted Olson’s Flowers & Gifts when I was unexpectedly away on business on my wife’s birthday. I reached out to Olson’s and spoke with the owner Kristen to explain my situation. Kristen and her team went way above and beyond to create a last minute floral arrangement and delivery to Middleton. What a wonderful experience - they delivered the flowers at precisely the right moment and saved the day. The flowers were absolutely stunning! I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend Olson’s Flowers & Gifts for all your floral arrangements in the Dane County - Madison area!

My husband surprised me with an arrangement from Olson’s Flowers for Valentine’s Day. They were beautiful and still looked beautiful over two weeks later. Highly recommend Olson’s Flowers of Mount Horeb and all the wonderful gals that work so hard making these fabulous creations!! Looking forward to seeing what Kristen does with the shop for years to come.

After new ownership the customer service has plummeted. I was supposed to receive flowers at work for valentines day, unfortunately the order was "missed/forgotten". I, the recipient had to call and find the order - they did not call about the flowers at all. Once called they needed time to figure out a plan and call back. They should have called the person who ordered it and figured out a plan, but that didn't happen. I ended up picking the flowers up myself with no apology. The premium options was selected but they supplied what appeared to be the standard option - or the leftovers to make a quick bouquet. 24 hours later and the flowers were wilted. When making a call about getting money about about the dissatisfaction - only the delivery charge was returned(well I would hope seeing as they didn't delivery anything). For a business that was so well known for years in a small town that is now going to be run on "who knows who" I would suggest ordering flowers from another local flower shop that will provide service based on quality of work and not quantity and who they will impress within the village.

I have used Olson's Flowers and Gifts before for my Favorite Auntie in Mountain Horeb, and the Owner Kristen Dresen is so awesome to work with. She figures out what I'm thinking and always comes up with such Beautiful arrangements! I recently ordered a Flower arrangement for my Auntie .
