If you’re looking for storage in Mt. Horeb or the surrounding area, go here! Becky was so great, and super responsive. We had a very quick turn around while selling our house and the service exceeded my expectations. I rented the unit in the evening (after typical business hours) and left a voicemail asking to buy a lock. Shortly after Beck called me and said she could have the lock in our unit ready to go by 6am the next day. The unit was clean and easy to acces, can’t recommend them enough!

I rented a unit for 2 years. I had no problems. Great customer service, very responsive. The price was also very reasonable.
Acquiring the unit and moving my items out was very easy and painless. If I ever need extra storage I will definitely be renting from them again.

These units are well-maintained and met my needs perfectly! The customer service is excellent and timely. Shout out to Becky for being so kind and helpful. I strongly recommend anyone with storage needs in or near Mount Horeb use Mt. Horeb Mini Storage! If I could give 10 stars I would.

The folks that run MHMS are great! Prices and policies are fair and hassle free. Rented multiple units over the years. Great communication and a safe and secure location. Highly recommend.

New owners. Easy to deal with. We have two units with them and have had no problems that weren't taken care of with a phone call. It's a storage unit , what can go wrong. Good people.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! We rented a unit from MHMS to house our belongings while building a new home in the area. The owners were super nice as long as the money was flowing in from our monthly rental checks. However, when I called to inform them we were finally able to move our stuff to our new residence the tone changed. LSS, even though they had a "waiting list" of people just dying to rent their over-priced units, suddenly it became a hassle for them because we hadn't given them 15 days notice we were vacating. I said "fine, keep half of the deposit." To date (and that conversation occurred on December 31, 2014) we have yet to see any of our security deposit. And after talking to some of my friends and co-workers who live in the area, this is the MHMS MO. You can do much better, for much less money and not have to worry about a**holes trying to screw you out of your security deposit. I would recommend Store N Stuff Self Storage over these parasites any day. I had first contacted SNSSS about a unit but sadly they had none available. Do yourself a favor and for an opening with them.
