Great service. Steve was here to hook up our internet service. He was totally awesome he knew folks in the neighborhood and the previous owners so he already knew best place for our router and modem installation. Very pleased with MHTC. Also when taking to sales their recommendations for how much internet service we needed was great.

We had internet and one TV installed yesterday. Nick was our technician and he was just awesome. Very kind and patient with my mother-in-law who has dementia. Danika in the office has been so helpful and friendly, what a pleasant experience from an automated system where you have to press 47 buttons and then be put on hold forever!!! I should have switched a long time ago to MHTC!!!

Local & Professional: A property was flagged for road construction purposes, and AT&T flags were placed. There was an exposed cable found. I called AT&T to connect about the proper way to place the cable back where it belongs, before mowing starts. AT&T told me it was an MHTC cable. Jeff from MHTC came over to the property the next day to review. Jeff said that it was a Charter service cable. Even though it was a Charter, Jeff took the time to place it back where it belonged. Thank you MHTC and Jeff for your professionalism and commitment.

I've been using MHTC in a rural area for a couple years now and I haven't experienced any issues I wouldn't have had with any other provider. I'm very happy with our service thus far. Any time I've had to call for any reason, they've been informative and friendly. I just had an issue with the fiber cable in our house and they were out asap. Our tech (Nick) was prompt on arrival, polite and considerate.

Landlord required me to use this internet provider when I moved to Mount Horeb temporarily last year. The service has been VERY spotty since day 1, which made working from home difficult with CONSTANT buffering/lost connection messages. This city service/utility still uses CONTRACTS WITH HUGE, PREDATORY EARLY TERMINATION FEES- not even charter does business like that anymore. Don't waste your time with po-dunk Mount Horeb internet. The people working in the office were nice enough, but the service overall is awful.

I spoke with Cindy today in the billing department. She was VERY RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and SPOKE OVER ME not allowing me to communicate my concerns effectively. SHE COULD USE SOME REMEDIATION IN PUBLIC RELATIONS. I had turned in equipment after cancelling my television service, and was told I would be billed for the missing TV controls etc.. - I offered at that time (5/19) to pay the balance but the front desk clerk did not want to calculate this so I was told "they would send the balance on my next bill". My June bill was due 6/10/19, my internet service was cut off on 6/12/19 without a curtesy call or communication - AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS...NICE TO KNOW THAT mhtc VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Kind of shaky internet in the beginning. Eventually got a new router and that solved things. Took some work to get that to happen. If i had to do it again i may have made a different choice. If you jse them insist on a new router not the ones from the early 2010s they arw pushing on people.
