My entire family was so pleased with the care, compassion and excellent service we all received at Gunderson. We didn’t spend a lot of money - but we got the definite feeling that every customer receives the white glove service no matter your budget!

Skyler at the Mt Horeb location was so helpful to make sure that our family understood all of the options. He never pressured us into anything that we weren’t sure about and called with updates about everything that was happening. He is kind and compassionate and a dream to work with.

Everyone at Gunderson is amazing. They showed up promptly the evening of my father's passing, helped arrange visitation details, were very polite and understanding, as well as sending texts to check to see how I was doing after. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs to prepare for a proper service for a loved one.

Gunderson Funeral Home in Mt. Horeb did a super job on helping us with planning our mother's visitation, service, and luncheon this month. Mom had certain things she liked or wanted, and they and ELC in Mt. Horeb pulled it all together - bright colors for flowers and printed materials, songs she liked, a poem and Scripture Readings she wanted read, and incorporating her saying of "Live, Laugh, Love" in a lot of what we did in memory of her. Everyone we worked with was awesome, especially Diego and Dani.

My life has been extremely stressful with my husband's health and my own. So, in coming back to our home town with this daunting task, my children and I could not have asked for kinder and informed people to help us plan my Mom's services. Just extremely put in good hands in planning, discussing, and the whole procedure. Gunderson does not just forget about you after the services. They call many times if just to see that you are doing well or if there is anything they can do. Extremely professional along with being so kind.. I thank you so very much ?

Everyone at Gunderson was phenomenal during this period of extreme grief for our family—Although they are a big company, their employees treated us like family in so many different ways—They continue to be there for us as their contact didn’t stop after our father was buried but they have provided counseling opportunities and continue to provide care…

My sisters and I were very pleased with how everyone at Gunderson Comacho took care of the details and our questions for our dad’s funeral. Although actual components of every funeral might be similar, the whole process of choosing options and making arrangements at Gunderson Comacho felt customized. We were able to make our arrangements in just the way we wanted to represent our dad’s life. Their skill, expertise and empathy made the days surrounding dad’s passing so much easier.

From the beginning to the end, the entire staff was very compassionate, caring and professional in caring for our mother. Mom passed at home with us by her side. When the guys came to pick her up, they were so gentle and kind in transporting her. The following day when we met with the staff for the planning, our coordinator was again very compassionate and caring. Not a detail was missed. Once the cremation date was set, we again had time to visit with mom. They walked us through every step of the process. Again, everyone was very kind, compassionate and caring. When mom was ready to be picked up, she (urn) was displayed with a candle and red roses again giving us a calm and peaceful environment to again reflect with mom. Everything this funeral home did for us was was 5 star along with the staff. Thank you so much for all your compassion during a difficult time.

My recent experience with Brady at Mt Horeb Gunderson Camacho Funeral Home was nothing short of excellent. Brady is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Our situation was a bit more complex as it involved 14 cousins. Everyone was involved and the Military Service was beautiful.

Gunderson Camacho provided excellent service during a difficult time.Brady and the rest of the staff were compassionate, kind, and professional. Brady took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions.They even followed up a few weeks later with a thoughtful message to see how our family was doing and to see if there was anything they could help with.
