We had Klapperich recommended by our neighbors. Wish we had used them sooner. We had some damage on our kitchen wood floors due to a guest leaving a freezer bag to thaw on the kitchen counter. Klapperich gave us 2 options on the repair and were time. Reasonable fair price with very nice service. They were always prompt in any communication.

Just moved to Fond du Lac and bought a house. A co-worker at Kohler recommended we buy new carpet from Klapperich. Pricing, service and quality of installation was all excellent
