If you're looking for cheap rent, dirty apartments, and management that doesn't care this your place! Spent a year and a half here thinking it was just the turnover of the company but this is just how they run it. Cheap and dirty

Avoid if possible. They charge for everything, rates go up every year, yet they do nothing to improve them. They are outdated & they are trying to charge luxury prices & make you pay their insurance premiums on the units.

BE AWARE!!
$270 per month rent increase in 2025. Rent has already been raising every year and is now well over $500 per month more than initial move in.
Do not rent here based on what you can afford today because it will raise insanely over time.
