The worst service ever. They tell you that package will be delivered by end of day, The agent at Fedex says that, it means from 8am to 8pm, Do they think we will sit there for 12 Hours waiting for the driver. End of day is end of day, not 12 hours. Terrible!!!

Fedex needs to have real people answer there phones for these animated computer bs does not take tracking number correctly and won't get a rep without.

If i could give zero stars i would! I ordered a $1,500 phone from at&t on friday. Was told it'd be here monday. So i get the email that it has been delivered! Awesome, right? So i go check..... no package. I look at the proof of delivery picture.... its in some mailroom somewhere that I've never seen. So i call fed-ex 3 times that day. Zero help, "we'll open a case" "someone will contact you" blah blah, havent heard a peep.

Still waiting for package to arrive. Call in to fed ex doesn't allow anyone to talk to a person, only a machine. Am looking for delivery time for today since signature is required. Plan to use UPS next time

There is no direct office number for locations to report in sick or to say you house hold has covid. The supervisors call you to chew you put and don't want to hear your sick or your house hold has covid and they don't want to help you over the phone to help you do the correct procedure for being sick for the job. Question dose fedex know this can be a health and safety violation for the company for trying to make workers go to work with covid that can wipe out shifts of workers?

For the second time in two weeks our packages were delayed for "delivery exception" stating the business was closed or customer was not home...this was untrue both times as we were home both times (in fact outside one of the times claimed) and our security cameras show no FedEx trucks!! I will now be checking with online orders if they use FedEx and opt for other services if available. I don't like being lied to.

Horrible delivery service!!! My camera had the delivery man dropping my kids x-mas present out of their truck. Then he left it in the rain!!! Not under the eve of my house or even in my garage which was open literally 5 feet away from where he left it. Worse yet three weeks prior they left $1500 worth of merchandise two houses down!! Luckily my neighbors are good people. Terrible delivery service I will never use them again. And I’ll request anything delivered to be sent anything by FedEx.

6 minutes agoFor 17 years FedEx has always delivered my packages just fine. Now 5 times in the past 2 months they seem to have forgotten where I live. My packages have been lost, delivered to an address not even close to mine 10 miles away!! Or at the house I haven't lived at for 17 years!! I've called and complained to no avail. Each time they say someone from the Mosinee plant will call me.....I have yet to hear from them?? How can I reach someone and speak to them. When I call the 800 number they tell me they will open a case? How do I get this problem resolved and get my packages????

Terrible customer service. They lie about delivery attempts then have you wait all day for nothing. They need a complete overhaul of management in good ol' Mosinee.

Never had a problem with deliveries and interactions with drivers have always been outstanding. My 2 dogs thinks FedEx rocks over UPS. The regular FedEx driver always leave treats for them:)

I had trouble with a package. FexEx's outsourced customer service was of little help.However, one of them eventually got me in touch with the gentleman who's in charge of this location.He was extremely kind and helpful.He put my package aside, and stayed after the close of business, just to make sure that I was taken care of.FedEx has always been my last choice for shipping anything. I only ever use their services when I have no other choice.That said, the gentleman that helped me out today far exceeded my expectations, and is really bringing up FedEx's average. Five Stars.

Awful service. Ordered a Dog house that was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 11:30 and 3:50. I was tracking it and they kept saying that it was on time 3:50 got here and no by FedX. 4:00,4:30,5:00,5:30. Then I get a message that it wouldn’t be here for 2 more days because of the weekend. And that it was in a city 30 minutes away from me. So I called them and they said it was going to be here today. Sounded like they didn’t deliver on the weekend. What the Heck. I know UPS delivers on the weekend. I am so mad. They made me waste a whole day that I could have other things I needed to do. I wouldn’t even have given them 1 star if I hadn’t have had to. They better not waste my time today!!!!!

I am a truck driver and I delivered to this facility four times a week every week. The people are very friendly they seem to be really good hard workers and the supervisor for the afternoon and evening shift is a very pleasant and beautiful person.
