Can't get a question answered via phone. You can't get a real person to answer a simple question. You get the runaround from a recorded voice. So frustrating!

This morning a fed ex driver claims he hand delivered a package to its customer, my brother and nephew where out front clearing brush, they say he came to driveway then ask house # then said he had wrong house and walked package back to his truck. Ive tracked this package and claims was delivered, now SOMEONE IS LYING! MY BROTHER OR NEPHEW OR FED EX DRIVER! Does few ex do a background check or bond their employees?
