I’ve been very happy with Lakeside Dock & Lift at Lake Dubay. They show up on time, are prompt and thorough in their work, and are very responsive to other requests. They repaired my boat lift during the summer of’23. If you want a dependable, on time and professional service, Lakeside is the best option at Lake Dubay.

We had a great experience. Jacob was thorough and honest with our pier options. Delivery was quick. We also had him move a lift for us that we had purchased from someone else. He got to it quickly and did a good job. Would definitely recommend!

We rented the bigger boat for the day and had no problems. The price includes gas, a map of the Lake and local insights. We rode around, stopped at a sandbar, and then got some food at the grill. As expected. Price fair. Brandon was great!

This was the first time we’ve rented from them and the pontoon was broken and very dirty and it had a strong nasty stench from the storage places. The workers had a bunch of attitude with us and there were some being racist and flick us off for no reason. Not worth $340 and they charged $100 extra if we didn’t return on time. They also charged us $50 for cleaning the sand that they didn’t let us clean off and they were very very racist to my family. They also had some parts zip tied that had poked my sister in the eye and they hardly had any places for the younger kids to play besides sand bars. They also never gave us our receipt and had given us a big issue when asked for. There were also lots of bugs hanging on the outer edge of the pontoon and one even went into my sister’s hair. The gates were very weird and some of them were broken and did not close well. Do not recommend to people of color or even people with kids. Id give it zero but it makes me do a one star.
