Chris did a great job installing my boilers. He is prompt courteous well spoken. He quoted me a price and he made no changes. Minor equipment failure was repaired (water pump) was quickly repaired. I highly recommend him.

Any time I've had a question,and there have been a lot of them they actually answer the phone WOW! and have helped me understand how to get the best performance out of my 7200e. Long overdue review, Chris at Wisconsin wood furnace was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He was always easy to reach, took the time to answer any questions, was willing to accommodate my schedule, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The whole experience was great.

Last October I found my old outdoor wood boiler had a hole in it.I called Chris Sonnenburg of Wisconsin wood furnace he explained how the Crown Royal 7300mp worked and that it would be more efficient than my old unit .Luckily he had one so 3 days later I went to pick it up.Chris went through how everything worked and how to install itWas fairly easy because I was just replacing it.Used it all winter up till May it is a great burner ended up using about 1/3rd less wood than the old one.I am very happy with the burner and service I received.When I had a question Chris promptly responded .I would recommend Chris and Crown Royal to anyone.Thanks ChrisRespectfully Stan Pfeiler

Last summer, we experienced a lightning strike that damaged our Crown Royal OWB. I contacted Chris at Wisconsin Wood Furnace about replacing the damaged stove and the possibility of upgrading to the E series. Chris was prompt, knowledgably and helped us make an informed decision based on our needs. Chris communicated with us throughout the process of the installation and removal of the damaged OWB. Overall, the entire process was a positive experience.***Follow-up: Fast forward to Spring when I got an unexpected call from Chris to inquiry how we liked the new E series after using it for one season. The follow-up was a welcomed surprise.I'd have no hesitation recommending or doing business with Wisconsin Wood Furnace again.
