On my 3rd vehicle I've had serviced at Northside. Always great service and friendly people. Love getting overview of issues that need attention and estimates of prices so I am able to decide which repairs to do as I can afford them.
Our Philosophy: Here at Northside we take care of the customer to make sure their vehicles are safe and reliable at all times. We feel that routine maintenance and keeping up with manufacturer’s recommendations is the key to keeping vehicles safe on the road and avoiding break-downs. We are proud to say that the percentage of our over 2000 regular/current customers that have had to have a vehicle towed in for a break-down has averaged less than 1% per year. When a vehicle is maintained properly, they not only have fewer break-downs, but they also stay reliable for more miles.
