Amazing customer service! The team at Bond's Auto Body left no corner unturned in helping me navigate my repairs due to hitting a deer. I was not inconvenienced even one bit! They made sure everything ran smoothly. They repaired and got my vehicle back to me quickly. The loaner vehicle I was given was top notch and ensured that I did not have to reschedule or cancel anything on my family's busy schedule! We are now customers for life. I cannot recommend this body shop enough. Prompt, friendly service with knowledgeable technicians who really care about their customers, not just their bottom line. 5 stars!

Very clean shop with friendly service. The repairs made at Bond's Auto Body were amazing. What I didn't expect was for them to take the time to clean and vacuum my husband's car. They cleaned the windows and wiped the dash and doors with armor all. Thank you for the excellent service. You now have two more customers for life. Only amazing things to say about Bond's! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Within three days our van was in two car accidents: we were hit on our back end by a distracted driver, and we struck a deer up front which made our vehicle un-driveable. Everyone I talked to recommended Bond's. With two insurance claims to file and work through, they first helped me navigate the process of getting estimates. Since I wasn't able to drive my van, they let me leave it in their parking lot and even though they were booked up for months, they said they'd try to work us in sooner. They did! I'm amazed at how quickly they took care of us, and the work is awesome!

We hit ice and slid off HwyI-39 into the median at the 134 marker on our way to visit family in Montello WI. After towing I had the car checked out at Bond's in Montello as the front end was shaking. Bond's Auto Body and Repair was highly recommended by my sisters neighbor. We arrived at Bond's 4pm, super friendly staff, but all repair bays were full. They kept the car overnight, checked it over, the shaking was due to tire balance from snow packed in the wheels. No damage to the car, the road test was great and best of all there was no charge! As I understand from others, this is the best place to go. A huge thank you to the staff at Bond's.
