I wanted to purchase an ecletron Gift card for my friend as a birthday gift, after registration I did not receive any confirmation by email, and the status was not sent on the website - a letter with an explanation was sent. But I didn't receive anything. After which I decided to place the order again and saw exactly the same status. When I managed to get through to the support service, I was redirected to different specialists and each of them had to tell the situation again, in the end my order was completely canceled and they said that I could not place it - since they did not give permission. This is just terrible. I wanted to make a gift, but in the end they refused to buy a regular electronic gift card on the site without explaining the reasons. I never thought that such a simple purchase would cause terrible service and my friend ended up without a gift.

I should have done my research on this company before purchase, so thats on me. I ordered on 12/12 for a 12/15 delivery. It was for a party that friday night. Low and behold never shipped until Friday. Still no sign of the package. After reading the reviews its amazing this company is still in business. Stay clear of this company. You will be disappointed.

I experienced none of the complaints listed in the reviews. Shipped when expected, all the items I've tried thus far have been great and I will definitely order again.For those complaining about quantity and size, it is very clear in the description how many ounces each product provides. Were you expecting a 15 pound wheel of cheese for $19? This isn't the government.

When I ordered the catalog made it look like you get so much more. I was very disappointed when I got the package how small everything was.one bite and the sausage is gone very disappointed.

I have recently purchased several hundred dollars worth of orders from Wisconsin Cheeseman. Multiple issues have been discovered, such as wrong addresses, people receiving more than one gift, and no messages on the containers, telling the recipient who sent the Christmas gift. The ones that did have a message were very small and hard to find but several had no message whatsoever. I contacted customer support and talked to a supervisor who said there's nothing they can do about delivery to the wrong people and that everything should've had a message on it so there's nothing they can do. I am now faced with calling all of the people I have sent gifts to for Christmas to see if they have received them. this is supposed to be worry free Christmas shopping but it has just added another layer of confusion and work on my schedule. The supervisor had an attitude and this will be the last time I have ordered from Wisconsin Cheeseman after being a loyal customer for the last two years . The orders I have placed this year we're not small orders, but I got the feeling that the supervisor didn't care if there were problems. I am very dissatisfied with the whole process. Wisconsin cheese man has a good product but the customer service and customer satisfaction is terrible.

Placed order the deluxe breakfast kit. Was a gift was ok. I ordered horseradish cheese. Not much flavor. Tasted like old monserrella.

I placed an order on March 17th, today is April 3rd & the order still has NOT arrived cause they put the wrong address on the order. Do NOT use this company, they are all messed up. Go to the Swiss Colony. They offered NO compensation! They will resend the order, but it takes forever for the package to get where it's going. There is NO way the package will make it by Easter.

I am going to start this advertisement by grading each of the two cheese bars I recently ate with one star each. I taste tested the first third of the Monterey Jack bar by chewing and swishing the then cheesey fluid in my mouth. As I did I felt the glands within my mouth pronounce themselves and I also felt a subtle response within my body's nerves. I then spit out the cheese as I felt nervous to digest it.(I do not eat cheese often as I be fruitful and multiply rehabilitative nutrients.) The Monterey Jack pronounced a good taste and or a good flavor. (I ate the rest of the bar when I was comfortable.) The second bar I taste tested, was the Sharp Cheddar, and that bar I finished within a two hour time frame. I also added two 12oz servings of A and W root beer to this taste test. My stomach is digestively responsive and my body is rehabilitative so I thank you, Wisconsin Cheese man.

Shipping took 4 weeks in November to get my order! Once it arrived the meat was rank and the cheese spoiled.

I placed an order on Dec 8. Today is Dec 19. Still haven't received my order. Customer service has no idea of we're my order is. I cancelled order and know have to wait to be credited on purchase. Funny they take as soon as the order is placed. Be can't give it back right away. Horrible business. Wish I'd seen other reviews before placing order

I ordered 4 cheese spreads online, and unlike many of the reviewers, I didn't have any problems with ordering, payment, or shipping. This was my second order from WI Cheeseman, and the first was also problem-free. The spreads are so yummy, and they're spreadable right out of the fridge. I ordered some Swiss Colony cheese spreads a few years back, and they had to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to be spreadable. It's funny because SC owns WC. All in all a great experience.

I placed several orders for Christmas gifts. For whatever reason that customer service could not explain, some orders were "not shipped" without any notification. I had to look through every order to see which orders shipped and which did not. After spending a long time on the phone with customer service, they had to re-ship orders and would not give me the promotion discount from the original orders. Today is New Year's Eve, and still waiting for my last gift to be delivered. Embarrassing.

Do not purchase from this company I made a purchase of two cringles to be shipped to Florida after 6 days they're still in freight in Wisconsin when I email the company telling them to cancel the order because it taken too long they said no even though it is perishable and stuck in transit they will not refund the money. Buyer beware
