Place my order on December!12, 2024 as of Christmas Eve it still has not been delivered! Very very disappointed will not be placing any future orders. Getting a live person on the phone was not easy and was not worth my time .

Purchased a gift to be sent to family in Minnesota. I was wondering the status and searched online with the order # in my confirmation email which is the only email I received regarding my order. They canceled my order without notifying me at all. Could have at least emailed or called me to let me know.

FYI, takes them five days to print a lable then another 7 business day to ship. Well still not arrived after 7 days. Missed three parties that they were to be gifts. Shipping joke.
