We bought a snowblower from them two years this coming January. They were very helpful explaining the units to us. We have two lawnmowers that they have serviced for us. This year we had our snowblower serviced for the first time. They do a great job and there pickup and delivery service is reasonable and the cost to have the snowblower and the mowers is reasonable. They have a Hardware Hanks store in their building also Swirl Ice Cream shop which we haven't tried. They have a wide variety of mowers and snowblowers.

The staff is always helpful here. In Monroe, I definitely would recommend to others. I got the chains there, but not the files.

Trying to help my parents who are in their 80's resolve ongoing issues with a fairly new. Regent, vibrated the manifold right off the machine in the 1st month,deck is all wrong right from purchase, burned 5 drive belts this year, last 2 in less than an hour of mowing, and worst of all, after leaving a courteous message ,I couldn't get a return call from "Jordan ". I would have left a zero star rating, but could not get in to leave a review.

Thanks for great sales experience, I bought a 2019 Maverick in April. I now have 17 hours on it and I am extremely happy with the seat upgrade. My wife definitely can see the difference in the cut verses the John Deere. Mowing is a lot more fun now. Thanks for steering me towards the Bad Boy.

I bought a bad boy Rogue and love it I mow 5 acres and I enjoy mowing. i bought it at beginning of season and have over 30 hours on it. Jim was very helpful and courteous and highly recommended him. The rest of the staff were all willing to do anything to make me happy . Thanks again
