My Mom and I stopped in on Sunday, looking for ‘wedding clothes’ for my niece’s upcoming wedding. We were greeted and asked if we were looking for anything special. I replied ‘yes, Grandmother of the Bride clothes’. Nicki, who welcomed us to the store, started by asking what Mom had in mind. As soon as she found out, she went right to work finding selections. I was impressed that she went to the sales rack first….I thought that was a refreshing idea ?. Nicki found several items and the fashion show soon began. She then asked me if I was looking for clothes and I said, ‘yes, but I’m really not sure for what. I’ll know it when I see it.’ So in between my Mom’s fashion show, she helped me. With Nicki’s help as well as JoAnne’s (and a few customers ?) and 2.5 hours later, we both found our outfits! Right down to the accessories. I highly, highly recommend this fabulous store! The staff was so helpful, and it was fun playing ‘Barbie Doll Dress Up’. They both gave honest opinions and truly valued ours as well. This is the place to be to find a one of a kind item. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You both for the wonderful care, service and day we spent with you!

Stopped for an outfit for Valerie to wear to Alexandria's wedding. She needs a brick and mortar store to try things on. Great selection! Great store employees, very, very helpful. Valerie said they were phenomenal! We would highly recommend.

I have been shopping at JoAnne's Dress Shop for years. Every experience has been positive and I am always delighted at my finds. This past weekend I stopped in with 15 minutes in which to find and purchase a dress for a wedding I needed to attend in the Dells in just 2 hrs. Onalee was fantastic. She brought me several dresses to try and helped me select the perfect one (or 2) that was affordable and beautiful. Jo has wonderful employees and patrons are always made to feel special without high pressure sales. Thanks Jo for keeping your doors open in our little community.

Love this store.. I was the winner of a vintage table cloth that was giving away during a live show on Facebook. I stopped in to pick up the table cloth and thought I would take a look around. I was welcomed to the store by Lois. She was awesome in helping me with buying a dress and accessories for my sons wedding. I was not planning on dress shopping that day. It just all fell into place coming in to pick up the table cloth. Just wanted you to know that Lois is awesome and she really made this girl very happy with all her help.

The woman is hateful looking and miserable looking and very unfriendly she just assumed you fall on her unkept icy sidewalk as sell you a dress I don't know why she has such a scowl about her face all the time she should be smiling happy and friendly

I was invisible. Neither woman working there even acknowledged my presence. It was obvious I was looking for something. There were only three customers, so they can't use busy with others as an excuse. I feel strongly about shopping in local stores, but I won't be back.
