We had a great experience. Jesse was patient with our questions and took time to give clear answers. He is a straight shooter with keen insight to the industry. We never felt steamrolled or pressured. He also took the time to put some cartoons on the tv to keep our four year old occupied. We're confident that if we have any questions or concerns in the future we'll get the support we need. Delivery was a breeze.
While internet mattress companies promise a lot I'm convinced that you can't make a decision with confidence without going into a store and trying things out. Wisconsin Bedding is less overwhelming than somewhere like Steinhafels and I feel better buying from a place where mattresses / bedding is the sole focus.

I was dreading mattress shopping. I'm so glad I went to Wisconsin Bedding for my first stop. It ended up being my only stop. They look small, but have a great stock. They are totally no pressure. No one ambushed me walking in. They waiting until I indicated I wanted help, but the second I did, someone was right there. The sales person was very knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like I was being sold something, just being given the information I was seeking. The sales person was so patient as I narrowed down my choices. After I picked one (at a great price) I noticed they had pillows and got some of those. Again, prior to me noticing, no trying to sell me a bunch of other stuff. But a question of whether I needed other things - some yes, some no. I was glad they asked and also didn't make me feel I was being "sold." They had a delivery date just a week after my purchase. So smooth - it took about 3 minutes. Delivery and taking away the old things was no additional cost. The mattress and pillows and super comfortable. I'm so happy with the entire experience.

Great staff, no nonsense, low pressure, and I'm really happy with my mattress. I got a queen latex mattress with good edge support in February 2020 and I'm still very happy with it as I write this in March 2022. It's my favorite piece of furniture.

The best-kept “secret” in Madison/Monona. Great selection and service with very knowledgeable sales staff. We bought a mattress and came back later for a bed frame. Wonderful delivery to our downtown condo. Cannot believe I haven’t been a customer before now.

We just had our new mattress delivered and my husband said right after, "Everything with WI Bedding went off without a hitch. I feel like that never happens with furniture stores anymore!" We built a new home last December and struggled with customer service from multiple other furniture stores in the area. Wisconsin Bedding was very upfront about lead times as soon as we walked in the door, took the time to make sure we found the right mattress for us, were very transparent about pricing and never once pressured us into making a sale. We actually told them that we wanted to shop around a bit since we had just started looking, and the gentleman who helped us was incredibly friendly and said we were welcomed back at any time. The delivery men were so friendly, professional and quick! We might have spent an extra hundred dollars than we would have elsewhere, but we loved that they are a small, family owned business and the customer service was wonderful from the start - they under-promised and over-delivered! This is our second mattress we have purchased from WI Bedding and we can honestly say that both experiences were top notch! We highly recommend them and will absolutely be back!

This place is the best place to go to I went in there last Saturday to get a bunk bed for my kids It delivered today they literally came in and put it together all by themselves didn't expect us to do a thing and it's amazing this is a wonderful company
