Their pricing is very reasonable, their work and attention to detail is amazing, and I've gotten all my items back in only a couple of days.I also very much appreciate that they discuss all pricing and work to be done with you beforehand so there are no surprises. I did however have an engagement ring that had seen better days that required additional work beyond what we talked about originally and they called me to explain the work, give me a quote, and ask if I would like to move forward with the additional work (I feel like not all jewelers would get your approval before moving forward and would just tack on the additional charges). “I had never been to any sort of Pawn store due to me being from a small town in the middle of nowhere. I was anxious walking into Pawn America because I didn’t know what to expect when I was pawning my ring. Stephen noticed how anxious I was and walked me through the whole process! He even went into depth to explain how they determine if the diamonds/silver are real. It was a super neat experience to see how it’s done, but I also felt very comfortable after that. “I went to this watch repair shop just to have my watch band shortened, and the service was excellent. The girl was very friendly and efficient, and she finished shortening the band in less than five minutes. The only regret I have is that I didn’t bring any cash — I really wanted to tip them, but they wouldn’t even accept it! She was so warm and sweet ?They were incredibly nice and generous.
