I placed an order online for a customized birthday cake, two days in advance of the party, bc all store bakeries require 48 hours advance notice. All good and smooth for TEN hours. Then, they canceled it. Now it is too late to get a cake anywhere else! The reason for canceling? They had too many orders. How does this make any sense, what kind of a system is this? They can TAKE the order, they just can't fulfill it. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode. Very frustrating and disappointing, and I am sharing this because I want the message to get to the management people that can change the way their system works. A pipe dream I'm sure... the bottom line: don't trust them for cakes!

Please clean your store, it is filthy. If you don't have anyone that can do this hire a service. The floors are dirty, the hand rails on the escalator are grimy. I had to wash my hands after riding up. Oh and the bathroom was a mess. Are we now living in a 3rd world country?

I HATE Walmart. But you can't live without them Customer service sucks. The app doesn't work all the time. I have several hundred dollars of gift cards loaded on the app and there is a glitch that says use other form of payment WTF!! Walmart already has several hundred dollars I paid for the gift cards and now refuses to honor them even though the app shows several hundred dollars still on them. Customer service says. That's not our fault it is corporate. WTF ISNT corporate part of Walmart that you are? I am against everything Walmart stands for but the low everyday prices God I hate Walmart

Watch your receipts. I was overcharged on a few things. The price on the shelf doesn't match the scanner. I like the new self check outs.

It's a Walmart. Ghetto and not safe in the evening. There's always no cashiers and the lines for their two lanes that are open are too long. Self check out is wonky and if you need assistance there is no one to find!

Got picked up by my friend to go out to dinner. Left car at Walmart. Her car broke down and we couldn't get back. Called the store twice, rang forever with no answer. Looked it up and online said it's legal to park overnight so I didn't sweat it. Come back in morning to see It's been towed 20 mins away at $330. Went in to customer service they did nothing just gave me towing number. This Walmart can rot

I have been shopping retail for decades and I have never, ever encountered such unpleasant, sometimes down right hostile associates. I realize they are unpaid and poorly trained and I try to take that into account, but darn, it's not the customers' fault. There are a few "bright stars" working there, but most seem to be "novas." Everything in their demeanor says, "I don't want to be here, and I really don't want to help you." When you call to ask a simply question and they put you on hold, and an hour later you are still on hold.... well I guess that says it all. I'm fortunate to live in an area where there are other stores to shop and I don't ever have to go back there again.

Employees don't know how to wear masks and won't enforce customers to do so. Definitely don't come here if you want to stay healthy.

There is nothing wrong with this Walmart because it is just like other Walmart. I only gave3 stars because if the employee performance. It is hard to find their employees beside the front desk and electronic. Last time I called, no one answered my call, so I had to be connected to the electronic depart just talk to someone about something that is no even electronic department related matter. Overall! It is just an okay place.

I got charged twice for something and I went to go get it fixed at customer service and the line is halfway through the store. Only one person working the customer service. Absolutely unbelievable! Do better, Walmart.

This place is a frackin disaster.... who runs this shit show, messy lazy peeps. Clothing is randomly placed on clearance racks -- not on clearance. Where is the healthy food isle, it's like a super junk mart is more like it. I swore I wouldn't shop super Walmart again, but I keep trying to seek for improvement. Never again, and I will ensure my friends don't shop the dump too.

The customer service here is wonderful! I came late to my grocery pick up and it was closed! Any other Walmart would have told me I have to return the next day! But they got my order and happily helped me!! They have the best customer service! And will go over and beyond for everyone! I am so very happy this is the Walmart by my house if it wasn't I would drive a hour to come to them!! They told me that if there is a way to help a customer they will! You don't get that kind of service anymore anywhere!!

The Walmart on Royal Avenue, Monona, is a very good store. We do 90% of our grocery shopping there-the prices and selection are excellent. If you engage with an employee on the floor, they are usually very helpful and will take you right to the item you are looking for. The store is always clean and there's not much you can't find, within reason. The only reason I rated a 4 rather than 5, is that they are usually short on cashiers on what I call the "garden center" end, the end off the outdoor parking lot.
