The VERIZON Wireless Store in Monona, Wi is most definitely a 5 Star all around. Customer service was above and beyond and then some .

Watch out for this store. Especially the b2b rep named Robert Jasman. Sold us a whole package and our two addresses are “ineligible” for internet. I spent hours straighten things out.

Worst experience. I am being overcharged. Customer rep lied about hidden fees. Store and Verizon customer service do not talk together. BUYER Beware. I was charged $35 a line for “set up and go fees” then another $35 a line for activation fees. They told me to port my own numbers over. After paying $500 at the store, my first bill is another $500 and it should be $200 a month. What a scam. I was also told I would be reimbursed for activation fees. worked with Syed. He was very pushy trying to add as many extras as possible. Told me I couldn’t leave the store without signing up for protection.

I was in last week to get a new phone. Syed was very helpful, patient and efficient in getting everything set up for me and explaining the details and charges and answering all my questions. Burak was very helpful and courteous as well. They were upfront with everything. I’m not so tech savvy and they helped me understand what I was getting charged for and took my permission before completing the purchase. They could have just charged me with everything without asking me and get it over with but they did not. I am very impressed with the integrity. Hard to find these days. Definitely recommend!

I went in and switched our services from T-Mobile it went pretty smooth. All employees were wonderful. We worked with the gentleman name Burak and his colleague helped us answer important questions I believe his name was Syed.FYI: We just went into inquire at first we were planning on switching next week but we liked the customer service we received and decided to trade in our phones as well

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Syed H. was my salesman. Crooked. Do not trust this guy!!!!! He installed 2 liquid crystal lens coatings at time of pick up. Spoke with Verizon representative at corporate level. There is never a need for two liquid crystal coatings! At $64.99 each! He is refusing to refund the money for the 2nd one that I paid for.I have contacted corporate again and logged a complaint against the store and especially the salesman. Waiting on response.Will keep you updated.UPDATE!!!!!After making a written formal complaint at the corporate level. Wecare, my situation was handled by them directly. The Monona store had absolutely nothing to do with correcting the situation. I received compensation at the corporate level. Not at the local level!!!! I suggested that they clean house on the unscrupulous salesman Syed H. at the Monona store.If anyone else has issues with this location, don't even bother making a complaint with them, go directly to the corporate Wecare.

Make sure you ask for an itemized list of what you are buying. They will just lay stuff out like you need it, but some stuff is unnecessary or there is a cheaper version. Ask why do I need this? They will up sell you at evey opportunity.

Good quick service, however I came in to get a galaxy, as i loved mine for 5 years, and they degraded my phone so much, I went with the pixel that was recommended. I'm months into owning this phone, and I hate it. The setup doesn't work well with my small hands, and I get frustrated so much, I wish I could exchange it for the one I actually wanted.Won't be bullied into buying what they want me to buy, again.
