I wouldn’t recommend. I was a walk in. They took me right away. Sat me and offered me water. I let the front desk lady know I only wanted a pedicure,gel. I saw on this dusty paper that the basic pedicure would be $35. At most places up charge for gel is $10-$15. Oh no not here. The price for a gel pedicure went from $35 to $60 without my knowledge. The front desk lady never informed me of the up charge it would be for the service. My basic pedicure lasted 30mins from start to finish to checking and paying. I would never . It’s not worth it. Nice on the outside but needs to be cleaned on the inside. Black women avoid like the plague. This was not $60 worth of work.

Requested style: I really wanted clear tips, and they took my request well, when I asked for a more visible clear tip.

I went to get my nails done today! I want to say that the US Nails and Spa is the best place for getting your nails done. They did exactly what I wanted and were very nice throughout the process. I had great conversations with them, and also everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely go back again.
Requested style: I wanted a cat design on my nails and showed the person doing the nails a photo. She did exactly what I wanted, and it was perfect!
Cleanliness: They disinfect everything and are very clean!

The atmosphere is always filled with folks happy to get service. Bonnie and Sara are awesome owners. I keep coming back because I genuinely like what they do to me.

I have been coming here since moving to the Monona area a few years ago. I generally am a spur of the moment person so I am a frequent walk-in. The ladies are always so welcoming when anyone walks in the door which I appreciate. Everyone that has done my nails has done a great job. Pat has done my nails the most, and does a wonderful job. She always makes sure I am okay, and has a cheerful attitude. Thank you as always!

My friend and I went there for pedicure and the water was cold, they didn't let our feet even soak. Then the lady who did my feet did it so fast that she didn't even get my heels smooth, the polish was very wavy looking. Also it appears that they use the same carts of supplies over and over as when they were done with us and we sat there drying, other people came in and they just took the same cart to use on them and never sterilized the tools, we sat right there and watched them do it. NOT SANITARY AT ALL!
