Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of diagnosing the issue with my 5 year old phone (it no longer supported 4G/5G). At the time, Samsung was just about to begin the Pre-ordering phase of their new s24, so because of the odd situation, he even offered me a loaner phone for a few weeks while I decided what to do. Thanks to his assistance and patience, I was very happy with my decision to get the new s24 during their Pre-order phase, rather than purchase an older phone or buy a loaner phone for a few weeks elsewhere. Thank you greatly, Zach!

Holy cow, I fretted for months about having to get a new phone, but Zach made it easy, informative and FUN! I have been going to this location for a very long time time and the experience is always stellar. I was happy to learn that all of my info from the previous phone transferred easily and eveything is in the same place on the new phone. Not a whole lot of retraining needed. Keep up the great work Zach and US Cellular Monona. We need you!

I have been to this store a few times and am ALWAYS taken care of. The process of getting a new phone was fairly straightforward. They had to order the phone but was there in 2 days. Sean was able to help me set up the phone and was meticulous putting on the protective screen. I could tell by watching others interactions that workers in the store WANTED to help the people that were there.

I was in the Monona office on September 1 and Jordan helped me and my son with purchasing a new phone. It was a quick process and worked out well. In addition he pointed out a $400 credit that I was supposed to receive but it did not show on my bill. I just called US Cellular and I was able to get credits to my bill to make up for the missing $400. Thanks so much to Jordan. Excellent service!

Very good service but the like any business they do have busy times that result in waiting lines. However they never rush us through when they are busy. We have been very pleased with this store for over 12 years.

I stopped in to this location to ask for help with purchasing a new phone. Upon hearing what I was looking for, one of the representatives loudly asked if anyone wanted to stay late to help me. I had no idea that what I was asking would require them to stay late, and would have appreciated a kind explanation. Not only was it embarrassing to be treated like a hassle, but to have it announced loudly and in front of everyone in the store was something I have never experienced from any customer service representative anywhere. I will actively go out of my way to avoid this store.

I was in the market for a new iPhone and decided today was the day to make the purchase. Real good deals shortly before Christmas. They had five agents there due to extra traffic. Actually, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes on previous visits to this store. The staff was respectful, friendly and did a great job answering my questions without using technojargon. Zach A. was great to work with and he even walked me through wiping all the data off my old phone. He made sure everything (email, phone calls, etc.) was working before I walked out. Very pleased with the service I receive every time I walk in this store!
