I normally am very pleased with this store which is why I make it a point to drive out to this one. I understand being closed on 7/4 but when I checked online, it said this store was open Saturday, 7/5 10 AM- 3 PM.
Upon arrival, there was a printed sign posted saying they’d be closed 7/4 and then someone hand wrote on the sign + 7/5. Please update your hours if you’re going to be closed on a random day you’re normally open! There was another woman in the parking lot equally upset as I was as there is no reason for them to be closed today.

I have never sent a package through UPS and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Erik or Eric, not sure how you spell it was super helpful and answered all my questions. I didn’t even have my package taped and he taped it up for me no problem. Will definitely return!

Easily the best service, for years, of any shipping service for 90 miles around. Every employee is helpful and friendly. I ship expensive gear from Monona regularly and they never fail to safely pack and ship every item. THIS is the place to go.
