Beautiful shop with a lovely selection of well curated items. Prices go down as items remain in the store, so there are some bargains to be had. It's a wonderful place to find some unique and marvelous furnishings and decorative items for your home in addition to smaller charming takeaways.

Staff was friendly...... available without seeming pushy. Some items seemed quite overpriced, and others seemed more fair. Cute shop. Quite a few rugs and items that needed cleaned or were pretty worn . Likely won't stop there again.

The Cozy Home is a great little gem! It is so fun to see the constant flow of new items. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean and organized. Leah and her staff are super helpful and take an active role in the community. Thank you for being a wonderful small business!!

It’s a great place to find that perfect end table, chair or gift.It’s great that items are being resold- keeping us from buying new.The staff is knowledgeable and upbeat. Sometimes I go there to just browse and chill!

I will start out by saying that they have such cool things for sale here and those who set up the store do an amazing job. It is really fun to look at things here. I think it is important to know that you should not go in thinking you will get a bargain like you would at a thrift store. You will need to be ready to make an investment if you are looking for furniture here. I did buy a cute coffee table here but I did not appreciate the way I was treated by some of the staff. I was not greeted when I walked in the store and I was the only customer in there. There was a younger girl there the day I went in on Tuesday, February 14th and I am pretty sure she also took a call from me on Thursday, February 16th and was blatantly rude. It is just not how I want to be treated when I am making big decisions and spending a lot of money somewhere. Super disappointing. When I called on the 16th, I was inquiring in a very respectful manner about cancelling the purchase because when I made the purchase over the phone, I was told that I had 5 days to pick it up so I was thinking that meant they would cancel the purchase if I did not pick it up. I would just recommend giving customers more clarity on that policy and letting us know that when we make a purchase that you do not accept returns. Also the coffee table that I bought was pretty dirty when I picked it up. It had spider webs in the underside and looked like it had been sitting in someone's garage or something but thankfully when I picked up my purchase on Friday, February 17th, the staff were friendly to me. There are plenty more shops like this in the Madison Area and maybe they will have similar prices but at least I will feel respected if I am looking to buy more second hand furniture in the future.

It's a really nice shop with good looking and clean consignment items. I wish I lived closer so I could visit frequently, I'd go here all the time if I lived in the neighborhood.

I love coming to the Cozy Home to see what treasures I can find. They have such a great selection of furniture, artwork, antiques and one-of-a-kind items. I'm always impressed by their prices and how well taken care of all the items are. The owners are great at staging every piece so it's easy to see how it could fit perfectly in your home. I also love following their page on Instagram to see what new things they have to offer. If you're looking for great, high quality, and unique furniture and home decor, the Cozy Home is perfect for you!

Buyer beware. Examine the item carefully. I did not. Got my cedar chest home only to find the leg had been damaged and poorly repaired. The tag did not mention this at all.

This business is highly rated, and actually has a lovely feel inside the store. Items are beautifully arranged. However, after making 3 purchases there I will not ever return. The owner is not friendly. The owner is not welcoming. There is no reason to support a business where the customer does not feel valued.

Unique selection of furniture, art, home goods. I visit regularly because you never know what treasures await you. Warning..if you see something you really like here, do not hesitate to purchase. The items move quickly.

Very unique little resale shop, alot of nice furniture that is ready for your home or ready to be refinished. If your looking for real wood furniture with solid drawers and dovetail corners stop by. I also like how it's priced, it's dated of when put on the floor with every 30 days it marked down. People there very friendly and helpful. Definitely be back
