Excellent service, all the people who work there are very friendly, very professional, we always serve you in the best way. This is my third time working with Josie and she is excellent at her job and you can tell she loves what she does and that's why she does it very well.

Sheena delivered! I brought my daughter in for a kid’s cut as Sheena had previously helped another stylist when we were last in for an angled bob. My daughter wanted a more drastic angle for longer hair in the front and a “buzzed” nape of her neck. Sheena listened to what my daughter and I had wanted in her cut, treated her like a young lady and made her feel seen and heard. My daughter ended up with the cutest stacked bob, and it had the drastic angle we were looking for. Sheena even brought up school picture day (which admittedly was off my radar, but just weeks away,) and taught me how to style it with just a hairdryer, to highlight the stack in the back. My daughter is elated and left the salon at least 5 inches taller in confidence and pride. Thank you Sheena!

Sheena is a wonderful hair stylist.
Hair type: Sheena does a great job with my fine hair. She is also the best at cutting and styling my son’s long curly hair. She been really wonderful in teaching him how to take care of his long hair too. The whole family loves her and we all have different hair types.

I brought my granddaughter here for a color consultation and the stylist assured her she could get her hair the color she wanted. (My granddaughter had a picture of what she wanted). We made the appointment and asked again if she could get her hair the color she wanted and was told yes. I picked up my granddaughter 4 hours later and she was upset and angry that her hair was not the color she wanted. We should not have paid the $220 but the stylist said if we came back she would fix it and get her the color she wanted. We came back 3 days later and still the color was not correct. They basically said too bad. My granddaughter used her own money to pay for this and it is very unfortunate the stylist lied about getting her hair how she wanted it. I called the next day to speak with the owner about the situation and have not received a call back.

Excellent service! Was greeted by Philly at the reception desk who was very kind, polite, and friendly. Had my haircut by Josie who is a complete joy to have cut your hair (she also does an exceptionally nice job). The employees make the business and in this case they have some of the best!
