WHAT has happened to this place?! It use to be a good place friendly ppl, and Open until 11pm. Now the employees are Rude, act like they cannot be bothered to do their job and, what is with being closed at 8:30pm on a Tuesday???!!!
They were closed early on Friday 5/24 also. I needed gas and wanted a soda and snack item but, the Monona Dr. Store was locked up tight. ??? So, I went to another business for gas and what nots. I would like to patronize neighborhood businesses, but I will not be stopping here anymore, just to iffy on hours.
Maybe this store should get a manager that works at keeping the store Open.

I've been going here for the last 7 year's today staff was the worst ever. Didn't get young lady name. But let her no you never know what's going on in people life She end the conversation by saying that's what the matter with the world I'll be alright. If I wasn't in a hurry I would of check this child.

Employees need customer service and a math class! This gas station have a little boy on the register calling grown women “Ma” - quite disrespectful! He also needs to learn how to count and give the correct change back!

I go to many speedways on my travels and I MUST say that this particular speedway is exceptional! No...not because of their inventory, nor because of their location........but 100% about their employees!Which I might add trickles down to the customer. So I give a lot of props to the employees and props to the employers if they're the ones giving incentives to the employees that are beneficial to all. I see Patricia here at the Monona location often and I cannot say enough about how kind and courteous she is on top of being a great multitasker and hard worker. I am not surprised if another employer were in here that they would not hesitate to offer her a job on the spot. Whoever hired her did a great job because she goes above and beyond and can totally relate to each customer yet always has a smile on her face.I enjoy coming here. Even if I don't need anything other than gum lol.Thanks Patricia and thank you Speedway.

I shop and get gas at this speedway everyday.. multiple times a day.. literally. I always have my ID on me and know all the employees that work there. So earlier today I went in and bought a alcoholic beverage like I normally do. I also said hi to a couple of the employees everything went fine. About an hour later I come back to buy some cigarettes. SCOTT one of the employees I said Hi to and have bought many items like cigarettes or alcohol from and have seen my ID from asks me for it. I did not have it this time for some dumb reason and he wouldn't let me buy them. I've been nothing but nice to this man everyday he's seen my ID a couple different times. I just don't get why people go out of their way to make people's life difficult. Why is the world like this?
