“It's always a pain to go to the post office regardless of location. This post office is small but effective. Though they are short staffed the workers are very helpful and do their best to keep the line moving.”

“The Wingra St Post office is SUCH a gift for me! As an author, I am regularly sending out books I sign - the team there greats me, knows what to do, they are efficient and fun. I go myself to the post office instead of sending staff because it's a pleasant and productive break in my demanding work day. Bravo and thank you!”

“Mark was a hoot — super knowledgable and funny. He made an annoying errand an actually pleasant experience. This will definitely be my go-to post office from now on.”

“The workers were super kind and helpful. I didn’t know what kind of shipping would work best but they knew exactly what kind of package I needed. Both ladies were very friendly and very good at their jobs. 10/10 I will be coming back here every time I need to mail something.”

“I’ve been visiting the CG post office for 12 years now & they continue to exude the catered, small town, courtesy that I’ve always appreciated. They go above & beyond to ensure that my packages are delivered promptly & safely & they always smile & tell me to “have a great day!” It’s these little things that set them apart from other post offices in the area & the reason I rarely go anywhere else.”

“They were extremely helpful on communicating with me about a package. I was expecting a Friday delivery and it did not show up. They gave me the manager's information to contact. The manager was great, he stayed in communication with me all day Saturday and notified me once the package arrived. Even though the package did not arrive on the expected date, they did a great job helping correct it.”

“The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Nor-eese (unsure how to spell the name so that’s the phonetic pronunciation) who went above and beyond in recommending to me the best way to get my package out.”

“Attention - this is not full service postal location. It is A Letter Annex location. It is clearly stated on the title. No postage sold here either because of this.”

“I ordered 24 croissant sandwiches for pick up on Sunday and they were a crowd pleaser. Everyone enjoyed the variety and freshness. Thanks for saving the day and my daughter's birthday party!”

“I decided to do the internet trend of hiding in a box and shipping myself in the mail. The box I got in left the post office at 3:00 in the afternoon on Monday morning. I was delivered to a location in Omaha, Nebraska. The trip clearly took several days, and I nearly ran out of supplies. When I got out of my box, I was still in the Waunakee post office. It was 4:37 PM and it was still Monday. Quite odd. Pretty cool place to get your passport and send mail.”

“The staff at the Hilldale USPS are super professional! Special shoutout to Steve, who went beyond his way trying to help me locate an important document that was bouncing between N.Y. and W.I. due to a wrong bar code. He reported the issue to USPS consumer affairs and helped to correct the barcode. He provided constant update on the progress of the tracking, and made sure that I got the package in time. I am so grateful for having such good care from customer service at the Hilldale USPS, and would definitely recommend this office to other customers!”

“I love having a small town post office. It is much more economical for me to use the post office to send my packages than using their competitors. I haven't had any lost packages or issues at all.”

“Called about my package being forwarded for no reason. Someone answered right away and she was very helpful. Definitely better than talking with the robot at the main post office number.”

“Staff is always friendly. Lines are sometimes long. The upper mgt in Washington DC needs to get their act together and fire the top dog - he owns stock in private companies that compete with the US Post Office. How is that not a conflict of interest??”
