“They do a great job and all these people complaining maybe check your doctor doctors are terrible at getting scripts in people are not perfect and to the other rude person if you think there so rude which your totally wrong you must be one of those people that wants it your way or comes off mean. But this pharmacy is good yes you may have to wait at Times or they v would be having bad day but we all do”

My dads prescription wasn’t ready because the hospital hadn’t sent in the medicines and she took time to call and get it all figured out. Very happy and satisfied with the service I received. “I needed a new passport photo and went to my local store in McFarland and it was the worst experience. The staff person there was surly and would only take one photo (it's digital!). He laughed when I said I didn't like it. Should have just left. Decided it was worth it to go to the store in Monona. What a different experience!! The woman there said it's important to not hate your photo since you have it for ten years. I mean, no one is going to love a passport photo, but shouldn't cry either! She was willing to take several shots (it's digital!) And, she was just so pleasant. Thanks Monona!”

“We needed to find a place that met our COVID-testing needs for going back to our home country. The guy at the counter looked at our sheet, talked about their system and the timing, and gave us a phone number of Dane County Medical to check with any of the information he didn't have. Due to the timing of when their courier comes and the 72-hour window we needed assured for our flight, we went with a different pharmacy but The Medicine Shoppe gave us the information to make the right decision instead of selling us on testing through them.”
